I just wish I'd get an email like that. I've had two cruises (Dec. 2021 and March 2022) have itineraries change, and yet neither my travel agent nor I have ever received any notification of this. Has anyone else had this problem? I've gotten confirmations and other such communications about these cruises, so I know they have the correct email.
I didn't have strong feelings about these particular itineraries, so it's not a huge deal. It's just weird and a little concerning that we haven't been notified.don't worry, you will get the email. it seems that it doesn't go out until approximately 30 days before sailing even though RC knows it is changing. we received our email about 2 weeks ago for a Nov 14 departure when they have known we were not going to Grand Cayman.

Has anyone tried asking for a bottled beer - not opened to put in the room fridge?

We did the same. Originally, 12:30 was the earliest for or Nov. 14 cruise but thanks to the blog, I learned they could open up earlier times. I guess our excitement for the cruise drives me to the App every morning so I checked the check-in times and an earlier time showed up so we took it.

We store our seapass cards in a business card holder binder.
As far a collectibles, we keep a dollar chip from the casino and I make a magnet out of that. Each chip has an identifier for the ship so that is our ship "display." I also buy a Christmas ornament from each island and we have an extra Christmas tree just for travels. It turns into a trip down memory lane each year when I pull the ornaments out!

Same! It really would be nice if RCL would send some communication out when things like this happen. I get emails every day from them trying to sell me more cruises. Every time I see an email come across I get excited, only to find out it's the same special they've been running forever.
Everything from our original checkin carried over to the "official" checkin. So ready to sail!

We have sailed Enchantment a couple of times in the past and she was showing her age then. I scheduled Feb. 2022 out of Baltimore so nice to know she is in dry dock to. hopefully, get a face lift.

So this is how my experience has gone so far: I logged in to the app this morning, and selected the "Check In" button. I received a message that the check in is not open yet, but when I swipe right, under check in it says "See you at 12PM" and my SetSail Pass is there. On the computer, it still says check-in not available, so I am not able to confirm that way yet, but it looks like my original check-in time DID transfer, but I'm not able to make any changes (not that I would want to, 12pm is a great time!). Hope that helps!
Thanks for the update. we re-check in on 9/30 so I will see if we have the same result. Happy sailing!

We would appreciate some of input regarding gratuities for the suite concierge and the diamond club ambassador. it goes without saying, we always tip the bar staff but we were curious what others consider reasonable when we don't really use the concierge or ambassador's services outside of the space and walk-off escort.
We have only used the suite lounge once and it resulted from Royal-up Royal did not increase the gratuity so we calculated the difference and left that for the concierge. That said, we have 3 cruises coming up and do not want to offend anyone.

We just stumbled on it! We booked a Grand Suite for a great price!
we stumbled on it too late Saturday night and booked Sunday morning. Prices were awesome, contemplated owners suite but picked grand suite too.

Curious about expiration dates. For the test kits received, ideally the 6 pack from eMed, how long do you have before they expire? I want to buy the 6 pack that we can use in Nov and Feb.

Maiden voyage of Voyager in 1999.

We have sailed on both ships numerous times and enjoy the size of both classes. For a group varied in age, Freedom will have more to do.

We have added extra time to San Juan departure cruises twice now. We did a beach day, visited the forts and old San Juan on another day, rain forest for a day and then rented jeep and drove around the entire island which took a day. We didn't make it to Vieques for the bio bays nor did we take the ferry to the outer islands both of which were recommended by friends in San Juan.

Can someone educate me on this program? We play my vegas and have money built up but they always say must be redeemed within 30 days of purchase and they aren't ssiling. Also, can they really only be used for new bookings? We have 3 scheduled for the end of 2021 and early 2022.

While we are partial to Voyager because our honeymoon was on the maiden voyage and we had so much fun visiting the islands an experiencing the islanders joy at seeing "the big ship," our favorite Freedom. Not too big, not too small.

I have the same question. We have traveled to Orlando many times but for the parks only.

Does anyone know what they will do with existing bookings? We had a March 2021 booking that I just moved to 2022.

There is a Marriott (Downtown Marriott at Convention Center) across the street from the Riverwalk (where port is located) and a Hilton attached to the Riverwalk. Both have parking and you may be able to book a cruise package that would include parking. Both are easily walkable.
