  1. Enchantment is also on her way to Miami
  2. Royal has said for Adventure/Vision sailings they’d be testing to provide the requirements for re-entry to the US.. but that’s an antigen test I believe. I’m not sure what’s going to be done on Anthem for this summer but I’d assume they’ll provide the test required to re-enter the UK. Outside of that, no one knows as those protocols haven’t been announced.
  3. It's the CDC, has anything they've said regarding cruising made sense?
  4. The only reason I can come up with, is that the CDC is providing a way for revenue sailings to begin sooner than those that have to go through the test/simulated sailings process. (I know, why would it matter if cruises already aren't resuming until July at this point, since the cruise lines will move heaven and earth to get those test/simulated sailings done by the beginning of July?) The more I read, the more I'm convinced the CDC is going to do everything it possibly can to destroy the cruise lines. At this point, unless they rescind the CSO, or clarify that restrictions do not apply to vaccinated cruises, nothing else they say matters as far as I'm concerned.
  5. At this point, and with the CDC's track record, unless they specifically say otherwise, I have to assume the restrictions are for all revenue sailings, regardless of test sailings or vaccinated ones.
  6. So, if the same "restricted passenger voyages" rules apply to both the 95%/98% vaccinated sailings and regular (for non-vaccinated persons) sailings, why have a difference? I'm confused about that. To me, if the overwhelming majority of a ship is vaccinated, why would I have to wear masks/social distance, etc. Wouldn't the benefit of a "vaccinated" cruise be not to have to do any of the things the cruises with un-vaccinated persons?
  7. So yes to all the above but the biggest frustration is pricing for single occupancy cabins. I get the financial end of the double occupancy policy, but I have seen so many times where the single occupancy total price (not including taxes) for the same cabin is more than double, the double occupancy total price (not including taxes). Soo frustrating to see a good per person price, do the mental math to what double should be and then get deflated with sticker shock with the actual price. ?
