OMG, this drives me nuts!

OMG, 150CP was like my fave. I'm already planning my next meal there: short ribs 1st course, short ribs 2nd course, short ribs for dessert ... yum!

This is great! Well, not that you have to revise plans, but that they are waiting. We sailed out of Copenhagen one year (my fave!), and we had about 150 people on our cruise that were flying JFK to Copenhagen. Their flight was supposed to get in on Sunday (cruise left Tuesday), and we sat at the dock waiting for them to 8:30 when they all made it onboard. Yes, their flight was delayed > 48 hours (Norwegian Air ... the airline, not the cruise line). No one cared. We all had the drink package and were cheering them on! It was kind of cool!

That was my thought .... and my next one was .... since he rented the FlowRider, did this mean you rent a cabana now too?

Oh and so nice Shane could join you for lunch! I'm guessing there was no charge for him to join you? I ask because we've taken our Haven Butler to dinner at a specialty restaurant and we paid the full cover (which sort of ticked me off. You'd think they would give us her employee discount ).

Is that the Star Class session or did they rent out a private session?

Ok, the highlight for me here is .... SHANE! You are doubly blessed. He's been on both our SC sailings. I only met him briefly but he's literally EVERYWHERE on the ship. Both sailings, i felt some days i saw him more than our own Genies. One day i hope to be lucky enough to enjoy his legendary Genie powers. I did hear he wanted to stay in NY/NJ, so perhaps 3rd time will be the charm for our Symphony cruise in May. One can only hope!

Sorry to hear about Hailey. Hope she's getting the care she needs! This made me . Who knew you could purchase the Key and get the same level of service as Star Class?

Oh no. I admit I've complained about this a few times myself. I certainly don't begrudge anyone their earned or paid-for perks, but when you combine suite perks and loyalty perks, that waters down the perks for everyone. There has to be a better solution. Whether you're a suite guest or Pinnacle guest without a seat in the lounge or really slow service due to overcrowding, the outcome is the same for both types of guests.

Once again I'm late to the party and no doubt i now need to find your Oasis blog. Had i been on time, i know you don't like tequila, but Cozumel makes amazing Peanut Butter Tequila. You honestly can't taste the tequila .... much. It's like a PB milkshake. It's at Rasta's on the east side of the island. Amazing!

Yum! Short ribs at 150CP are appetizer, and dessert worthy of all 3 courses. Probably the only reason we didn't cancel Symphony I know I'm late to the party and your cruise is nearly over, but sending you good vibes that your casino luck turns around on your last night!

After first reading that with a "period" instead of a "comma" at the end, i thought, well ... of course you did! We also skip Quest, and TBH (another wildly unpopular opinion), i would rather stand naked and covered in tree sap in the middle of a woodpecker sanctuary than watch any type of Newlywed game.

Agreeing with @Lovetocruise2002here. Last SC cruise, we skipped the survey all together. Once we heard from our Genie, i created a short and pithy note of our must dos and donts to help her Genie-up our trip. She loved it and gave me a big hug and thank you for it when we met in person. Needless to say, we got along very well and had a very smooth trip. The survey is fun, once, sure. But definitely not a deal breaker by any means.

Well really, i should have said ... if you're not seeing the shenanigans, it's because you're blind ....
