U.S. currency is used on the ship.

Have not been on Harmony yet, but will be in October. Have been on Liberty many times and they do have a 3d movie in the main theater. They pass out the 3d glasses (free) and then you throw them back in a bin when leaving the theater. So I am guessing it will be in the main theater.

I don't even go where kids would be, so having parents taking kids into pool, or lunch or anything about kids would not affect me. I go to solarium or adult place and if crowded I can usually tell by observing for a while who is going to return. If there are purses, bags, shoes or something obvious like that I tend to leave alone, but if just a towel, after a while, it is fair game and I move it. Have never had someone come up and say you are in my seat.

I am booking a b2b2b on the Vision out of Galveston for November of next year when I go on the Liberty in 3 weeks. It will be a 5 day, 5 day and 4 day. If true, better get on while I can. Have not done Vision before.

I have had no encounters. I only sit in the sun about 20 minutes and then move to a shaded area. Within that 20 minutes time span the people still had not shown up.

I have reached the age if I have to wait 1/2 hour to occupy and toweled chair the towel gets moved and I sit.

As has been mentioned, you get them the night before on your bed. Day 1 you can find in rack by Guest Services. Some ships also have on day one a daily planner that shows the highlights for each day on one sheet weekly planner.

When it is time to print out Cruise Documents and Luggage Tags you should print out luggage tags and page 2 and 3 of the documents. One page has the itinerary which is useful while on the actual cruise. The other page has the booking/reservation number and date which could be important down the line if you need to talk to RCCL to verify you did sail on a certain day. This is useful if you did not get your points for the cruise and other things. If you throw everything away after cruise it could be hard to remember the details after a few weeks. I keep our Seapass Cards in a picture album to check past cruise dates and the two pages mentioned and that is all.

Can't confirm until it actually happens, but I heard the new Galveston terminal will be opening this Sunday for its first RCCL sailing. Be great if true.

In Cozumel the Oasis usually has the outside docking position of the shared pier. It usually backs in. The starboard side would give you the view. But, there is usually another Royal ship on the shared pier that would block your view of the land unless you were on the top decks.

I enjoyed the Navigator and crew very much when it was out of Galveston. Sailed on it 18 times during the two years it was there. It left Galveston last November. Now we have the Liberty. Crew is very friendly and will do anything to make your cruise enjoyable.

You see decorated doors all the time on cruises. People bring with them all kinds of decorations to put on their doors. No cost at all to put up. I have heard from time to time some decorations being "stolen" from doors so don't get to elaborate. But have fun with it.

Tidal Wave is open on the Liberty of the Seas today. Fully operational. We will see

Most of the Wealth Channel cruise ship programs are at least 3 years old. Be nice to have more recent programs.

You will each get one key at the terminal when you check in. When you get on the ship, go to guest services and tell them you want extra keys and they will give you what you want. Each card will say "extra key" with no charging capabilities, just opening the extra door.

Jr Suites and above get double points as well as single traveler.

I can only confirm the Liberty as I have been on it 6 times this year.

If you are Diamond Plus on the Liberty you will be allowed in the Diamond Lounge only. The Suite Lounge on Deck 14 is for Suite and Pinnacle only. Both are on deck 14 with Diamond lounge on starboard side and Suite Lounge on port side. If you are Diamond Plus in a suite you can go to suite lounge.

I hear the new terminal will be opening the first part of June. It is completed, so not sure what the wait is. May be inspections or something. Any one been by to check it out. Thanks

The gold card is still used for Suites and Pinnacles for all ships except for the Oasis and Quantum class ships. Dark blue is for the Sea class along with the two mentioned above. For the Quantum and Oasis class ships Pinnacles have a White or ivory color card, not gold.

Don't think you will get a silver card on the Harmony. A Jr. Suite on that class ship is considered a Sea Class suite and get a Dark Blue card.

The next one is 210 and every 70 after that. You should receive on the ship you reach the goal for each.
