  1. Just following up on this previous post of mine. The all access ship tour became available in my cruise planner today - 476 days before our cruise! Surprised it was listed this far out. Booked it for $163 AUD per person.
  2. Rang back a second time, got the same answer. Asked for a supervisor, and got told “she will just tell you the same thing AND she’s busy”! Does it make any difference that mine is an Australian booking? I’m seeing a few references to things only applying for North American bookings.
  3. Recently booked a cruise for September 2020 direct with RC. Price is currently $300 cheaper for the exact same category of room, however RC will not price match or give onboard credit - claiming that because I booked with “non refundable deposit”, there is nothing they can do. I thought I read here in the past where people did successfully get RC to match the new cheaper price. Is it the “non refundable deposit” option that is preventing them doing this for me? They offered to cancel the cruise, and then rebook, but that would mean I loose the $600 deposit!
  4. From what I can gather, I think only some of the rooms are setup for 3 and 4 people. If you look at the deck plans, you’ll notice some rooms have different symbols. I’m assuming that only the rooms with the triangle symbol are suitable for 3 people. I just booked for late 2020, and if I select 3 people I am only shown certain rooms. However, if I change this to 2 people, then suddenly a lot more rooms are available to choose from.
  5. How far before the cruise can this be booked?
  6. I read in another thread that the all acces ship tour is only offered once per cruise, and only takes 15 people? Is that correct? If not, how often does it run?
  7. Thanks for the replies. I rang Royal Caribbean, and the person I spoke to seemed fairly confident that Allure will be getting the abyss slide at the 2020 dry dock.
  8. I was all set on booking a Boardwalk balcony cabin 10729 on Allure of the seas for September 2020. Then i found out it is going into dry dock earlier in 2020 for upgrades. Does anyone know the likelihood of it receiving the ultimate abyss slides at the rear of the boardwalk? Would wreck the view from 10729.
