Just got off Harmony this past weekend and our Emerald pins were delivered to our suite. We didn't go to the ceremony because we thought it was for Diamond and higher. Did they take away from the Diamond some things? Seems like it to me.

@F1guynz there's no way I spent that kind of money. I set a budget and it's a fraction of what you said. I understand how to get to prime. What I don't understand is how your cabin and trade in value is determined? I spent the same as I did in the past but never "earned" a cabin or trade in value like this before. I'm hoping someone who understands this better can explain how you get these "rewards". I appreciate your input though.

Could someone explain how you go from choice to prime in one seven night cruise and get offered ocean view or balcony room? If you don't want the free cruise, you can apply $1,000 to any cruise and also get whatever promotions are running at the time? The list for free cruise goes from April 2024 to March 2025, which includes all the newest ships, including Utopia and Icon? There's also a promotion. If you bought a book later certificate, you would get $500 free play on that cruise. I watched Matt's video about this but I'm still confused. I don't think I spent that much or played that long. If someone who really understands how this works could explain how I got this. I've never received an offer like this and spent the same as before. Thanks in advance!

I'm on Harmony now, I can tell you that I've been to every show on board. Had reservations for all but at every show including the late night comedy the stand by line was able to get in. Columbus the musical is fantastic, it wasn't what I thought it was going to be. If you are booked in a suite your suite concierge will make all your dinner and show bookings for you. This is by far THE BEST cruise port I've sailed out of. Very efficient boarding no waiting in lines. Booked another cruise from Galveston while on board! Hope you have an even better cruise than me might be hard though best cruise yet for me!

WOW! I started checking in right at 45 days 10 minutes past midnight. No available shows for any days. Seems unfair EST gets a 3 hour jump. Thanks for the information @CrznTxn

How does one book the comedy shows on Harmony? From the minute check in was available it's saying sold out. I've booked all other entertainment activities but this. Do I have to wait until I'm on board? Thank you in advance.

I tried looking but I'd have to get a 2 bedroom grand at the aft of the ship. Strange they would put all the suites on deck 10?

The suites are on deck 10 and deck 11 is the pool deck. How noisy is it in the suite? Can you hear the music and chairs that dragged around? Thanks in advance!

I looked at her schedule as far as it goes and didn't see a dry dock schedule so my impression is it will limp around until then. That's what happened to Allure in 2017.

If you used a TA he/she should be taking care of it for you. If you don't use one you might want to consider it. There's a thread on why you should in the discussion section right now. Oh and I just received my docs to sign this morning so that took even longer.

Yup! According to my TA she's had issues. Took a few days for me to receive mine.
