I have heard this too from others. One was directly from a staff member to an individual I know. I though Quantu,m was going in for a service and Anthem will take its spot at Brisbane. 

A new emerging market is great.  Too bad Empress isn't around to help it grow. 

Originally when we booked this it was Enchantment, so it was good news when it was changed to Brilliance.

I wonder what will happen with Anthem then? I was hoping it would come here, if only so we could get some new shows. We Will Rock You would have been a popular show.

It is now only for a cruise up to 7 nights and not over the Christmas holidays or Presidents Day. Need to be taken by the 31st March or wlll be fprfided and has a trade in value of $500. I have tried to pay for extra longer cruises with no luck, but can pay for an upgrade to a better cabin

I thought there might have been a smaller ship in Melbourne but not so.
I think Ovation will sell out pretty quickly in 24-25 .

That NZ 14 nighter on Quantum looks very appealing. Will need to try and get on Ovation also.

We love the flowerier, however never stood up yet. Maybe one day? I recall when the Ovation first came to Sydney Australia and we sailed on her, We remeber a couple times talking to a people with bandaged legs trying to hobble around on crutches and now in a wheerchair with a broken ankle. They all hurt themselves on the flow rider on the first day, even before we did sail away. The poor guys, what a way to start your cruise?    
It is fun and enjoy injuries are rare and this is probably why I resist the urge to stand up. Worse wipe out for me only ended up in embarrassment with both my boards and speedos being pulled down. Horrified children scattering, lol. Look forward to trying the updated flow rider 

Looking at the gifts section of my online planner and all of the sudden, cooler bags filled with various drinks have appeared. You can get them with water, beer, soda or hard seltzers!  Seems like a pretty cool little thing to have waiting in the room, water is 25, soda is 35 and beer\seltzers are 55.  Are these new, or have they just finally popped up for my cruise?

I know 24-25 season hasn’t been released,usually around March?
But there where port bookings on Sydney port authority and around some Australian ports for Vision of the seas .
 It would have been a place holder for a Radiance class ,probably Brilliance.
They have all disappeared ??
With Sydney’s congestion ,I would say it would be extremely hard ,if not impossible to replace them .

I'd consider that a damn good alternative, almost a win.

I looks like Brilliance of the seas has been pulled out of Sydney for 24-25 season.  All port bookings for Sydney and the around Australia cruise have disappeared.
So only Ovation in Sydney for 24-25 season.
Hopefully it will turn up in Melbourne port bookings.

The weather got us. Could not get into Port Villa nor Mystery. Going back next week for another try via Quantum

Quantum got there today, I think it’s the second time for both ships this season.
