You have highlighted a point for me here. The pub not being effected by the smoke is great to hear. I would also use alternate routes to avoid the smoke. I noticed the pub was next to the casino so that was a concern for me. Thanks for the info.

Since you just sailed on her I thought I would ask you if you noticed smoke smell coming from the casino and the smoking section on the pool deck. I am just asking several people to get an idea about this topic. From what I am seeing I don't anticipate it to be a real issue.

I don't think I could handle it if there was an issue if I was in your shoes. But, there wont be an issue and you are going to have a blast. Power of positive thinking!

I have only been on the big ships, Brilliance (when we eventually sail on her) will be my 1st smaller ship. I am looking forward to having a chance to compare. I like the idea of it. Having a place with bars, shops, and place to grab a bite to eat. One stop kind of place. I will be interested to see if I feel the same when I experience for myself. I hope so :)

Back again, so another question about the Coke cups :) My wife doesn't drink soda, can she give her cup to her mother to use or is the seapass card needed to operate the machine? I'm guessing the cup is all that is needed?

I was looking at Cruise Critic and the writer of the CC review wrote "Con Air quality is smoky throughout ship despite smoking restrictions". Is that true? We have a cruise booked on the BOS for April '21 (too far away). I am a former smoker and I can not stand the smell of cigarette smoke now has anyone noticed this on the ship? I sailed on the Escape and I had to go to a floor over or under the casino to avoid the smoke smell coming from it. I really don't want to deal with the smoke smell all throughout the ship. Especially in my cabin. Sorry for the short rant.

I know there is plenty to do that is covered, but I and my daughter will want to hit up the waterpark portion, the slides in the initial pictures look crazy awesome. Not saying its out of the picture to spend some cash there, but was hoping for it to be a little more reasonable.

I wanted to clarify something that I heard on a podcast. Will having TSA Precheck clearance speed up the disembarkation process through customs for us? I thought it only applied to air travel.

How well does it work? I have read/watched cruise tips here and there telling me they steam their clothes in the shower to get the wrinkles out. I don't feel that is a solid way to do it either. Id rather not pay the ship fees, but will if I have to so my shirts are not all jacked up.

@Matt I have heard you on the podcast mention you request Indian curry when you cruise to have in the MDR. Who do you place that request with and where do you make it? I had to rewind when I heard you mention it the 1st time so I could make sure I heard you right.
