We were on the Odyssey the cruise before you. DH, DD(13) and I all did the extended iFLY. DD and I did not like it all - we only took our 1st turn. THey let DH do 2 extra turns since we had paid for each of us to do 2.... DH and I left the Book - we got there late on the night we had reservations and were forced to stand in the back. Hard to see but did not like it all. That is scary about the boy drowning in the fool... Ricky made several announcements on our cruise about parents MUST watch their own children in the pool / hot tubs. Kiddos should not be near water without a parent / adult. Lifeguards are NOT there to babysit.... DD had the lasagna at Giovannis's - it was delicious!

We are on Odyssey over Christmas - not a big savings on anything. Got the refreshment package for $22.99 per day, Internet I had booked awhile ago at 18.99 went down to 17.99......

How many outdoor pools are there? Which one has the screen and which one has the area where live music and activities take place? Thanks in advance!

Following as we are sailing on Odyssey 12/23-31. Itinerary is a tad different - going to Labadee instead of PDCC. 12/23 - Port Everglades 12/24 - At Sea 12/25 - At Sea 12/26 - Curacao 12/27 - Aruba 12/28 - At Sea 12/29 - Labadee 12/30 - At Sea 12/31 - Port Everglades

Hi all! I am traveling with my husband and 13 year old daughter and will be in Curacao on 12/26/23. Currently have reservations for a day pass at Avila Hotel. Should we keep that or go to Mambo?

Ugh - flights for December 31 stink. Can I mane a 10:40 or 10:55 from FLL - cruise ends at Port everglades. Odyssey of the Seas.

Yep - that is what we did in 2021. I got a bargain for the refreshment package on BF. Thinking it won't be as much of a bargain this year and was going to purchase this at the 40% off rate. I am chatting with a rep from Royal on FB Messenger and she is checking the size for me. I will post back with what I find out.

How are they assigning tables in the correct area for traditional seating if they are not marking people. They do this ahead of time, correct?
