there are plenty of hotel options in PC, i don't believe any are going to offer transport to and from MCO (its about an hour). We always stay at the Residence Inn across from the port. It offers a shuttle to the cruise terminal in the morning. There are shuttle services to and from MCO (google), we have also used Uber in the past. 

No secret, I think I lost some money overall, but I earned over 2500 points by the last night.

I thought about that also, went ahead and bought it yesterday during the sale.

What would of been my second cruise I had a TA book it using the printed offer I earned on my first  cruise, but it was canceled due to the pandemic.

Mostly the how has been explained but I will answer your in debt question. 
As others have stated, unless you actively enjoy gambling, do not try to gamble and get a "free" cruise. It is effectively not a free cruise. To make Prime for 2022-23 it cost me less than $500 because the point threshold was reduced. To make Prime for 2023-24 it has cost around $1700. However, I have gotten 2 comped cruises and 3 discounted cruises and earned another annual comped cruise. This made my money spent almost negligible. I only play slots; I am not good at the table games. But there is a way you can play and earn points with house money. There is no true system but again, if you don't use gambling as a form of entertainment, earning casino comps will not be for you.
