  1. Maybe if they send all of us one! Haha....glad to hear that I was not the only one that thought they handled the upgrade discount poorly
  2. Well, so Royal ripped me a new one on using our prime certificates. They wanted to charge me so much for my kids in our room that slept 5 that it was actually $6k cheaper for us to get 2 balcony rooms instead of one (and of course there are no connecting rooms). How does that even make sense? I wish that Club Royale would send out a survey, but I only ever get surveys that are ship specific. I hate that the next ship I will probably have to rate lower because this really does affect my perception of the trip.
  3. Star Class is on my bucket list. Right now we have 3 kids so the only star class we fit in is the 2 bedroom aqua theater suite which is beyond my reach. Enjoy the star class for me, WAAAYTOOO!
  4. It may not be worth chasing the free cruise which I think starts at 2400 points in one sailing. However, my wife took 2 cruises last year and accumulated 2500 points total from those cruises which gave here prime status. So, we now have a free cruise certificate for her as well.
  5. Morten, Also, in general you can book with the deposit to save your room and then apply your certificate later. However, if you don't get the certificate prior to 90 days before the sailing, you end up in my situation as stated above.
  6. Morten, I agree completely... My situation is that we booked the cruise we wanted to have the cabin we wanted and apply the certificate later. I owe the full cruise fare tomorrow or it will be canceled. If it cancels, I lose my deposit. If I pay in full I cant use my prime certificate. So, its lose thousands either way. If you can't do what you say your are going to do, then at least make some accommodations for your loyal customers. Here is to hoping they are issued tomorrow!
  7. Anyone been able to book their prime cruise benefit yet this year?
  8. I agree with SpiralQueen. There is no need to sign up for C&A before your cruise. Before my first cruise a few months ago, I did email them and they gave me a number before sailing, but it did not help/hurt anything. If you needed to use an mLife or myVegas offer, that may require a C&A number ahead of time.
  9. Hi, I earned Prime Status for the first time this year. I know that the membership year is April 1 - March 30, but I am curious about when they actually issue the annual cruise certificate. Does anyone know if it becomes available prior to April 1 or do they issue it on April 1?
