Have a great time. We had about 10 years between our Royal Caribbean cruises, too, with three Disney, three Holland American, a couple of NCL, and a Princess cruise during that hiatus.

@WAAAYTOOO your awesome! Your reply should end with a "mic drop" because you answer so precisely that there is nothing else that needs to be said! I really appreciate your quick response. 

1.  No reservations required for breakfast or lunch. Dinner reservations are a good idea.
2.  If you rent a cabana at Labadee you can bring non-suite guests into Barefoot Beach.  A cabana can accommodate 6 people, total.  Guests are not permitted unless there is a cabana involved. As suite guests, you and your wife will be welcome anywhere in Barefoot Beach (whether you have a cabana or not) at any time.  You can go in, enjoy the upgraded lunch buffet and then leave and go back to some other beach, if you choose to do that. Personally, I don't think the upgraded lunch is that much different from the buffets at the other beaches so I'm not sure if I would go out of my way to get the "upgraded" food but you could if you wanted to.
3.  Junior suites (Sea Class) do not have feee wifi as part of theirs suites amenities.  If the guests are Diamond Plus or Pinnacle Club members they would get free or limited free wifi as a function of their loyalty status but not necessarily as guests in a Jr Suite
4.  Formal nights are usually nights 2 and 5 but that's always subject to change.

We love Mr. Sancho's. $50 through the same site that SusanJean posted. Price includes loungers and all the food and booze you want. Not walking distance, but only $17 taxi ride for up to 4 people.

I agree that most sales for purchasing cruises tend to be "smoke and mirrors" and often don't result in additional savings. I am a true believer in booking as early as possible and frequently doing a price comparison. 
Booking through "Cruise Planner" is specifically for excursions, drink/dining packages, spa treatments, etc. This is the sale I am interested in. 

I miss those drink package prices. :(

When you see SALE, take notice that it also says "off onboard prices".  Your eyes see it and think its 25% off what YOU paid, but thats not it at all.  :-(

We have done all 3 ships and loved each of the sailings. I would agree with the others and recommend Indy or Navigator and especially with the kids. However, if there is any way you could pull off 7 nights on an Oasis class I would go that route.

We will be close to ya in 1806. There are at least 6 Pano OV cabins booked as part of the GC that I am aware of. .

As have I. I've been a member since 2001, but only go there now when I can't get the information I need or want there. I like the smaller community here.

As will we! Cabin 1816 on the starboard...I'd like to be a little more forward than that, but Brock at MEI hooked me up after I asked for it too late.

Well, now next year we have a couple trips out of town to scatter my brother's ashes.  So, probably building that out around our cruising schedule. We'll see what 2019 looks like for us - I'd really like to make that happen.
