On Harmony right now. Had purchased a 2-device Surf & Stream package prior to cruise. Instructions to log off are to type logoff.com in browser nav bar and hit enter. It didn't work. Fix is to type 2.2.2.3 in nav bar. That worked. Too many people are trying to switch devices; system can't handle it.
