  1. I called club royale to check on a reservation only to be told it had been cancelled due to non payment even though the confirmation I received stated that final payment was due on 2/24/19. Today is 1/12/19. When I pointed this out I was told that comp cruises had to be paid within 24 hrs or it would be cancelled. I explained that the girl who made the reservation for me never mentioned that and I felt I should not be punished because of her neglect. I was put on hold for 59 minutes while she checked with her supervisor only to be told that there was nothing they could do for me. I have only been on 5 cruises with Royal, and I have enjoyed them, but I have 4 more scheduled this year which I am considering cancelling if this is their idea of customer service.
