Good luck getting a response to your support ticket. We have had trouble getting our link even though our cruise ended on June 16th. I have checked every email folder every day numerous times a day and still nothing even though they say it will arrive within 3 hours (our last email conversation stated). IF we choose to do another cruise, I would suggest buying the USB package so that you get your photos before getting off the ship. And I would be sure we got off the ship extra earlier to get our picture taken before our excursions as they have been done taking port pictures by the time we return to the ship from our excursions, thus no pics at port. Or you could get your picture taken by the other photographers for the other Royal ship in port and never see those as happened to us at our first port. ? Anyways, good luck!!!

I found a diving shore excursion with Shorefox for a stop in St. Maarten but I could not find any information about money back guarantee if we do not happen to stop in the Port. I really like their 2-hr Easy Diving but I am leary about booking. Does anyone have any experience booking an excursion with them or have any suggestions for other shore excursion companies to book with? Thank you in advance. Freedom of the Seas - June 9, 2019.
