I have been having this same error attempting to check in for 2 days. I have tried two different computers and 3 browsers. Not sure what's going on....

We are going on Ovation in July to Alaska. Since it's a big ship we probably will be fine then if they offer more times.

We were hoping to book this onboard the ship since we wanted to use our onboard credit on it. Does anyone have any experience booking this once onboard the ship? Would you expect it to sell out before the cruise?

We are sailing on Ovation this summer to Alaska from Seattle and will be stopping in Skagway and Juneau. We would really like to pan for gold in an actual river or stream rather than in troughs that are stocked with gold. I have looked high and low and can't seem to find one that takes you to nature for a more real experience. We would prefer one in Skagway as we have more time there than Juneau but either would work for us. Does anyone have any experience with an excursion or company that we could take that will take us out into nature instead of to a touristy area?

I was wondering if anyone here has opted for the BOGO specialty dining package for the first two nights on their cruise. Hoping to get some thoughts on the value and was wondering if we are able to change the restaurant RC picks when we get onboard the first day.

Yeah this is for the Alaska cruise in July. We bought The Key for this trip as well but know we still need to make reservations for shows just didn't know exactly how far out we should look to do it. Thanks!

To add on to this thread with a question about timing show reservations. How early do people typically reserve them? Do I need to reserve shows for Ovation of the Seas before I get on the ship or can I wait. How often do they "sell out"?

I was going to grab the Key today from our planner but when I logged in it had vanished from the options in "internet and more". Luckily I had it sitting in my cart but when I checked there it was greyed out and said "this item is no longer available online, please check onboard as availability may change." Has anyone else seen this with the Key? I know it's still sort of new so maybe it's related to RC tweaking the program. My sailing isn't until July so I can't imagine it "sold out".

Often times when I try to login to the cruise planner for my sailing it sends me to some secondary page that asks me to manually enter my reservation number, sailing date, etc. When I enter all of the additional info they ask me for it then sends me to a page and gives me an error saying "error locking reservation". I have contacted support about this but all they essentially said was that it was my computer causing the issue not their site. I have tried to login on multiple computers with no luck. Anyone else have this issue occasionally and know what causes it or how to get around it?

Yeah that's what I'm thinking. I don't really like crowds and waiting in line so I think it would be worth it for us. I have also never cruised on RC before and I've heard the Ovation is a really big ship that can get crowded.
