I hope everything was worked out to your satisfaction! Here's a screenshot that may be helpful in the future (and you may be aware of this). When you select your cabin when using Royal's website, such as interior shown here, the little blue box to the right will say "View Details". Click it to view some details about the room, including the beds. This example is from an Interior on Grandeur but I'm assuming, and maybe I shouldn't, all ships would include this information.
I hope the rest of your family's cruising experiences are wonderful!

So does the Sea Pass card hv a photo on it? I read 1 post where your photo will flash up every time it's used for services or a purchase. Does this happen regardless of whether you agree to biometric or not? Sorry for v. basic questions. I'm struggling to understand how you can order drinks etc with this card when onboard. How they verify you can be served etc.
A photo is linked to the Seapass card. You either upload a photo to the app/website when you check-in prior to your cruise or Royal takes a photo of you on embarkation day at the terminal.

Just mentioning another option, which I have used for the last 10-12 cruises (hmmm, maybe more!) in numerous ports. It has honestly been quick and efficient.

Another option is to skip the photos and they will snap your photos at embarkation. Takes a few seconds per person.

The Mayland State Police have jurisdiction, however locals will respond to any emergent situation. The State Police get to write the report.
I'm wondering if it's the MDTA -
The MDTA Police are responsible for law enforcement at the MDTA's bridge and tunnel thruways, highways, the Baltimore Washington International/Thurgood Marshall Airport and the Port of Baltimore.

Yes. The collapsed bridge and cargo vessel are blocking the channel and the Patapsco River.

Rude and sarcastic attitude noted. What is it with you people? Jeez, I can’t attend to other personal matters for a day or two without a bunch of (insert word I would love to use to describe you people here but can’t) piling on and being unreasonable (and that’s being as polite as I possibly can).
maybe some of you will learn a lesson from this and not be so quick to act like this, but you all want to act so smug and superior to others so this is just what kind of people you are and are probably incapable of change. You are a bunch of internet know-it-alls that in reality clearly know NOTHING.
Anyone who has been on this site for any length of time is aware of the treatment of first time posters who report bad/negative experiences with Royal Caribbean by a small, but very active, group of members. I'm glad you returned with more information. But you're likely correct that it won't change these posters comments as they race to the keyboard to be the first to type "drive by" or "one and done".
I hope RC honors the price the website showed when you booked for 4 people. That's an awesome price.

I erroneously posted this in the Roll Call, so I am reposting it here. We are on the 2/16 cruise out of Baltimore. While filling out our pre-trip info neither my wife (iPad), nor I (Windows 10) were able to upload a photo ID that was accepted. Each time, and we tried 5-6 times each, it would be "rejected." Any thoughts , insights or suggestions? Thanks!
Welcome to the rejected photos club! I gave up years ago even attempting to upload a photo. It takes about 5 extra seconds at the terminal check in to have them do it.

Yes, I stopped doing my own picture because they always make me do it over again at the port. It's kinda a waste of time.
I stopped too, for the same reason.

I used to habitually check, check, check. But recently I began using RoyalPriceTracker.com and I think it's working out for me. I get an email when the price drops on something, like Voom, Chef's Table, excursions, etc. and I've saved a few bucks here and there.
