Ok, so I haven’t really spent much time outside the beach club at Coco Cay but I must say the Taco Bar is on point! The ingredients are fresh and the tortillas were piping hot. Excellent selection of fresh condiments and including a variety of sauces. This is a must try! A+

1. Ask Steward for a corkscrew.
2. Get a glass of wine from any bar or restaurant.  Bring the glass back to the room.
3. Pour a glass of YOUR wine into the glass.  
4. Drink it anywhere your heart desires except for those areas not open to the public.  
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until bottle(s) are empty.
6. Buy more bottles on the ship.
7. Repeat steps 3 through 6.

The rule is if you drink in public spaces you have to share. Other than that, you're good!

We prefer to do My Time Dining while cruising.  I do tend to schedule those times myself using the itinerary for the day.  When we eat depends on the day and what else is going on that I think we might be doing.

We are on the Harmony July 17 sailing and the Cabanas, beds, beach club are sold out.  They sell out quick usually but keep checking as someone may cancel at the last minute.

So cruise planner won't become available until 6-9mnth before the sailing. I sail Jan 2023 and so far all that is available is a very high drink package and cabanas at CocoCay. Your sailing is almost a year and a half away, so things might not populate until some time in 2023

We've only been on 4 cruises, but 3 of them have been in the last quarter of the year and we've never had any bad weather, not even rain, except for a sprinkle in Cozumel that didn't even get our shirts wet...  But as I understand and as others have said, the captains can steer clear of hurricane weather and/or ports can be cancelled/changed...but it's honestly, IMO, just like any other vacation no matter where you go...you take the change of bad weather everywhere...
I say, go and enjoy yourself.  Make the best of whatever weather you have.

We did that for our Anniversary cruise and had our own table each time at My Time Dining in the Main Dining Room.  It was close to other tables of two, but not uncomfortably so.

A good rule of thumb is:   If it has a cord, security is not going to like it.
 
When you look at the tables of shame after your cruise, you'll notice that nearly every item on those two folding tables has a cord.

Power strips were never allowed.
I can't vouch if that one device you mentioned will or wont be accepted. The fact the seller calls it a "cruise power strip" is irrelevant in the sense ultimately if security says "no", then they'll confiscate it. 
I can tell you from experience USB hubs have no issues being accepted.

We did the old system, we learned the new system.  It's not hard or very time consuming.
Royal team has done a great job of directing us to muster stations as soon as we get on board. 
Would hate to return to the old system.

If I remember correctly, you could reprice up to final payment date, at which point you are locked in.
