I guess every sailing has a different order. My entertainment opened on the website on Jan 5, I both checked in for my cruise and got the reservations email on Jan 7 and my app still shows "We're putting the finishing touches on your cruise. Check back for updated information."
Are you on the March 21 sailing? I know @Sweety is active on here and hopefully can chime in?

We had our entertainment open up on the app for out March cruise about 24 hours prior to it being available on the cruise planner (computer).  Mind you, also got an entertainment email, which I haven't seen before, and by then it was available on the computer.

I will be on Icon again for the Royal Caribbean Blog Group Cruise (http://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/events) in June. I won't be blogging live as what happens on a Group Cruise stays on a Group Cruise, but I will pop in and give some insight as to how the ship is handling what I expect to be is a full capacity sailing with tons of kids over the 4th of July holiday.

Agree...from what I've seen you aren't outside on your balcony, but it's just a big window that opens. Nice views when it's closed but personally would prefer a traditional balcony.
 
Really loved following everyone's posts and appreciate all the details, photos and sharing your experience and opinions.  Really excited to go on her at xmas time.  Ship seems beautiful with even more variety of food  venues, bars, etc etc.  Love the big windows and openness of this ship too. And of course our kids will just love the waterpark.  I also like how they have a  separate "tot" area that should spread out the kids a bit.

As you can see, I am not the dedicated live bloggers that my partners are (although I did make sure I helped to get in daily and approve posts).
This was, hands down, our best cruise ever. We loved the ship,  the wide Promenade and all of the ocean views and natural light. But sailing with friends made it amazing.  The crew made it amazing. We spent a lot of time with the gang at the Schooner Bar. Will, Johanna, Sumi, and John Eli were the best! And Gemma, who didn't make the photo. 

I didn't see anyone mention it. There is a wifi router in EVERY room.  We found the wifi to be excellent. 

We had the UDP. It was a mistake. Not because the food in the specialty restaurants,  as it was.  But we found ourselves wanting to eat other places more than the specialty restaurants because the complimentary food (I'm looking at you,  Aquadome) was so good!  When we get a chance to sail on Icon again we will not repeat this faux pas.
 

Goodnight all…it’s been a great voyage! Final thoughts coming tomorrow. 
 

Just from remote observation, it does appear that the Aqua Theater is smaller in both actual size and seating capacity.  I haven't seen it for myself, but it seems like it's just smaller all the way around.  ....and what genius didn't realize that the front of the ship was going to have more motion than the rear ?  It seems like a questionable modification, TBH.

The estimate I've heard is 600, +/- 100.  I rarely see them. But I avoid Tot Town.

We have run into him on a few sailings over the years. It’s always fun with him. 

We had Simeon as a CD on Symphony in 2019 and I remember him saying he is usually the comedian but was filling in a CD.  He was really funny though so not surprised you saying he was good.

The little things that matter to me. Last night in the SL, I asked Joel (a bartender there) if he could make a Lavender Martini. He said they did not have the syrup. So after some back and forth, and lots of laughs, he made me some unknown martini of his own creation. It was pretty good, and I called it Joel’s martini. Today, after my crepe and Hibiscus Tea from Rye & Bean, I stopped by the SL to grab a bottle of water. Joel was there, he passed over a bottle of water, and then proceeded to show me a brand new bottle of lavender syrup. He said it’s for when I return later tonight. These are the little things, that go a long way with me. ❤️

Ok, I'm a HORRIBLE blogger.  But I'm in steerage, so no impressive pics.  I'll catch you up.  I met Rover.  It was windy. I look like crap. But Rover was soft and beautiful. 

Last night was great fun, as we hung out with a bunch of Royal Caribbean Blog Insiders at the Dueling Piano Bar.  A raucous good time.

It does look like they could allow access via the track. Signage above the doors say "Royal Promenade" with an arrow pointing towards the front. However, I'm thinking it is geared more for emergency egress than general crowd flow.

I love the location, though.

It's disorienting. We are used to sticking to the aft part of the ship..but everything for us is forward on this one. We didn't see anything of Central Park or Surfside yesterday 😂
It feels so big and spread out..every corridor and hallway ends at something new.

So great to be following along and enjoying Icon through all of you.  Seems like a beautiful ship with just "Wows" all over.  The Windjammer on this cruise too is first class!
Question about the sofa bed.  Has Royal stopped the trundle style sofa beds where a double sofa turns into two separate mattresses?  Or maybe it's just your room (as your looks like it's more of a double bed)?
I sure hope not as for our Icon booking we had to go back to a single room and our kids sharing a double (sofa) bed won't work.  The trundle style is perfect as they each get their own mattrtess.

I think @Matt mentioned in a video (I cannot remember which one) that some rooms have trundle beds still.
