We used our iPhone and it worked great. I first tried my laptop but had just gotten started and the PC crashed. So called back and just used the phone.

While talking about the 2023 NE cruises. I understand they go out of New Jersey. We’ve done NE cruises before but on Princess. We like to take Amtrak up for the cruise. Is the Royal cruise port anywhere close to where Amtrak stops? Are there any hotels nearby we should consider for the pre-cruise night?

I found where there are a number of Cruise Compass' but I'm wondering if there are any sample dining room menus for the Allure anywhere on the blog? If not, any pointers to where I can find some?

I saw this discussed somewhere else, but can't find it now. I would like to purchase the Deluxe Beverage Package. I understand from the writeup that all adults in the cabin have to also purchase it. The thing is my wife doesn't drink. I read that sometimes if you call RCI they will let you purchase the deluxe package if you purchase the Refreshment Package for the non-drinker. Has anyone had any experience doing this? I really want the deluxe package but it would be a complete waste of money for my wife.

I notice it says that Allure is sailing out of Port Canaveral. We have her booked for next April out of Ft. Lauderdale. I guess she will be moved at some point?
