For instance, never buy the 'by the inch' chains they always have, not unless you like your skin turning green.
I got caught in that on my very first cruise... by the time i got home the finish was off the chain and my neck was green and broken out...

Not Amazon Prime....just in case.
Prime is 2nd level if the Casino Royal player program that is based on how much time you spend gambling in their casino onboard and every wager. It isn't too hard to make Prime...I did it in one cruise and I don't think I gamble alot
that's what i first thought

I have always been "colorful" and not one to follow the beaten path. I have had a couple occasions where staff had to ask me nicely to stop fishing off my balcony. This time I decided to go a slightly different direction. Brought my daughter to Coco Cay when she was about seven and came up with a "good way" to spice her trip up some. I brought her to the little shallow beach away from the popular snorkeling one to do some "special snorkeling". Being a fisherman and diver over the years I developed a collection of old galleon "pirate coins". brought one along tucked in my waist band. The water on that south beach was maybe knee deep, sand bottom and of course gin clear. We were maybe thirty yard from shore and I tossed the coin out in front of us without her seeing... I nudged her and kept her on course to "find" it... I remember her making noises through her snorkel when she "found" it.
"Daddy its a pirate coin!" Wow was she excited! Mission accomplished (or so I thought). We exited the water and she ran off showing the coin to every person she saw. Before I knew it, the other areas emptied out and we were "joined" with a couple thousand "treasure hunters"... She's 27 this year and getting married. I had that coin set and unbeknownst to her I will make it available for her to wear when I walk her down the aisle...Great story... Thanks for sharing

@EasyE I’d personally recommend going into any full liquor or wine store (so not just the wine aisle in the grocery store) and asking the employees to show you where the fruit wine is as what you are looking for would be considered. Here’s the fruit wine selection of a Ft Lauderdale wine store to get you an idea of options to look for.
My wife would love all of those Sangria wines... She likes Yago right now.. Thanks for the list, we have those same shops in Orlando. And the prices look good too...

Probably the same ones who call trying to sell an extended warranty for your 10 year old car... lol

Well, I didn't know that before I booked...
Not a game-changer, but disappointing. I assumed that it being an Oasis class, that the pool in the solarium was a given.
Wish I had known as well.. Certainly not a game changer but I really enjoy those adults only pools...

I've heard both sides. Some do, some don't. I guess it depends on, ship, server, day of the week, full moon??

That's just good ol' Florida weather, and all part of knowing what to expect wherever you go. Did you get the good old fashioned pourin-down thunderstorm, or the classic on-off-on-off-on-off-on-off?
This was the good old fashioned florida monsoon.. lol.. We were determined to be up top, outside as we went under the bridge..

Beautiful pics... Thanks for sharing them

Great job!! I love watching cruise video's..

So many things to do in, and around Orlando.. Of course there are the theme parks as mentioned above... There are also several dinner theaters such as Medieval Times. Also take a drive drown International Drive.. That's like the heart of the tourist district.. Lot's of places to eat and enough things to interest most tastes for entertainment..

If y'all down in Florida want to clean that weather mess up by next Sunday, I'd appreciate it. It'll be my first trip EVER to Florida. Impress me. LOL
I hate to say it but it's winter here.. The talking weather heads on TV are predicting some frost for a couple nights.. The good thing about Fla is it doesn't last long.. It's suppose to be almost 80 in a few days
