As an agent, I do my best to match OBC's. It all depends on the cruise itself. Some agencies offer very large on-board credits others offer none. I appreciate when clients give me the chance to match the other offers to see what I can do.

It really depends on how full the ship is. I've had luck changing when there were other cabins available in the category they were assigned to. Unfortunately if that category is sold out, there's no where to move to and request was denied.

Last cruise on Symphony had the drink package, they let my daughter go in several times and go to the counter and just get a milk shake (no meal required).

Frozen - Mudslid Mixed - Ginger ale and Really good tequila with lime Martini - Toberlone Martini - tastes just like the candy bar.

We always end up tipping extra at speciality dining. Also Bingo or one of the tours as someone suggested. Or maybe a nice souvenir.
