  1. If you look closely the "no reservations" shows are the ones with the **. Mostly the movies on deck
  2. I am flying from Austin to Miami in 6 days. I know I will need to wear a mask on board the plane. Are there any requirement for covid testing before the outbound and inbound flights?
  3. Are you saying that the Mar 5 Symphony OTS will not be going to Labadee?
  4. My first cruise was on Mariner. I really like the Royal Promenade and the way it opens up the center of the ship. I have cruised once on the Norwegian Joy and really missed that feature.
  5. Thanks, Smokey. How does "Passengers Who Are Fully Vaccinated" differ from "Passengers Up To Date with COVID-19 Vaccines"? Is being boostered in the second column??
  6. Masks are optional for fully vaxxed cruisers at all times onboard? None at shows, in promenade, activities, in hallways? That's great?
  7. Watch "Republic of Doyle" on TV and go to some of the sites on there. Filmed in St. John
  8. Cruise is Mar 5 and I bought this on Black Friday for $79
  9. On Black Friday I scored a $79 price for the Coco Beach Club — Full Day Pass. Is it worth it? It sounds like you just get a private area with beach chairs and umbrellas, a lot like you can get elsewhere on CocoCay, but just a little more private. I realize that it also offers a fancy lunch or steak and lobster. I just winder if steak is really beach food. I guess only I can tell whether it is worth it to me, but I am interested whether other people felt like it was worth it for them. Thanks
  10. I will be on Symphony OTS in a few weeks. I am hoping that San Juan will be open. If it is, does anyone know if the free trolley will be running? Thanks
  11. I'm gonna be really mad if they schedule it for end of Feb, 2023
  12. Do Junior Suites get the early boarding perk?
  13. From the cruise planner you can buy a decoration package. Expensive, but it may be worth it
  14. I have sailed once since the restart and also felt very safe. That was a cruise where I could drive to the port but the next one requires a flight. I don't think I will feel so safe in the air.
  15. My wife and I both had mild cases a few weeks ago. That should protect us in March from any Omicron stuff
  16. Hi all. I have a Mar 5-12 cruise coming up and I need to know whether to take it or postpone it to June before final payment? For a while around the new year we all heard about large outbreaks of Covid on board. It seems like every ship was having huge outbreaks. I don't remember hearing anything about cases since then. Has the media stopped reporting about the "floating petri dishes" or have the case numbers receded back into a more tolerable range?
  17. I am pretty sure that a travel agent can check room prices in this scenario, but not the hoi polloi like us.
  18. You probably won't get coverage while at sea but you will have it in port, if you plan covers Mexico.
  19. I am a big fan of Port Parking in Galveston. The last time we were there we parked in their new Lot C. This lot is east of the current terminal and it looks like it was purchased to have parking near terminal 10. That's where I'm going
  20. On my Adventure OTS cruise in November there were signs indicating a max occupancy but these were ignored.
  21. I prepay because it locks in the daily rate. If RC raises the rates, and that has happened in the last few years, you pay the old, lower rate.
