  2. As of 5:19 Central Time, I have been waiting 401 hrs for a call back from Royal on a cruise planner issue from the BF CP sale. I don't think I'm gonna get that call back.
  3. THIS RIGHT HERE!! ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ You can also create tags. As an example, I've got tags that say Harmony #/20## with the month and year, and others. EDIT: The problem I have is that if you buy something as a package and cancel one or all, they refund it differently. I've learned my lesson. Now I buy each item, as a single. E.g., Drink Package is one purchase, Dining Package is another. I never buy a group/a cart of items anymore. Makes tracking much easier.
  4. @wordell1is correct. Don't use any other site, as I think Nachi appears on another. Just book direct and avoid any issues with 3rd parties. Maya Chan will coordinate all transportation. In Cozumel, just walk out of the cruise area and grab a taxi. They all know where Nachi is. When you arrive at Nachi, your attendant will ask you what time you would like to have a taxi back to the ship. If they don't ask you (they will), make sure you arrange for that before you need it.

  10. 100% I used Quicken. I use travel category and then created tags for each ship. Considering the "cluster" that is Royal, I hope my strategy streamlines the reconciliation process. Ugh.
  11. Transfer your sailing to a TA. They can work that out for you so you don't have to wait to speak with someone at RC. And, they think of things you haven't even thought about regarding your sailing. There are plenty of good suggestions on these boards. You can still plan everything else, e.g., The Key, dining, drinks, exursions, etc.

  13. Welp, I was able to get in for 15 minutes and now they're sailing again. Grrrrr.

  15. swipe all the way to the left so you see the top of your ship. look at the bottom of that screen. I'm using Android.
  16. I deleted the app. reinstalled, made tx per cruise. rinse and repeat. tedious but I got what I needed done save for spa and dining. Did this three times, once for each booked sailing.
  17. How do you order the UDP on the app? I can only book beverage packages and excursions.
  18. TA can't help with Cruise Planner purchases. I've been waiting for my call back for over three hours now. I don't think it will happen. NCL & Carnival are probably have a good chuckle over this. At least they feed their hamsters!
