Victoria, BC any reason to get off the ship?

THANK YOU! We love hiking and getting away from the city. What would you recommend instead? -
Victoria, BC any reason to get off the ship?

I think we are going to try the Malahat Skywalk and then go to Fisherman's Wharf. We are in port I believe from noon to 10 PM. Can anyone give their review/opinion of the Skywalk? -

Thanks! What did you do past Fisherman's Wharf? -

What do you recommend we see? -
We will be on a 7nt Ovation Alaska sailing. Our last port will be Victoria. We are not interested in any of the RC excursions. Can any of my board friends recommend an excursion (organized or not) in Victoria? I've looked at third-party operators, and they seem identical to the RCs, although they are a bit cheaper. Is it worth walking around the port area?

Yes, thanks. I booked the cruise last week. I didn't see it on the booking. Edit: I found it! Thank you @Ampurp85!

I purchased a NC certificate via the app three weeks ago while on Oasis. I thought I had seen OBC as part of the offer, but I don't see it on the certificate. Where would I locate it? I didn't see it on the booking either (which was made last week).

Thanks for following up on the boards. We considered doing this but never booked our son in his own cabin; we went the Crown Loft route instead. However, it never occurred to me that if they end up with their own room, and mom and dad are booked in their own room, the kiddo will get double points. Our son is finishing his college freshman year, so these booking strategies don't matter anymore to us (maybe grandchildren in the future). Hubby and I went on our first empty nest cruise three weeks ago on Oasis. It was bitter-sweet. Time is a thief, parents. Take those kids with you when you can. In a blink, they will be gone.

I love these blog message boards! Nicely moderated, and posters are always contributing new information. Love it! So, @Sea Squirrelwhere are you seeing these C&A DBP Diamond offers? Is it on the cruise planner? Just turned Diamond two weeks ago.

Purposefully soil them so your attendant knows that you are watching. For context, a conspicuous camera deters bad conduct more than a hidden camera. -
New Jr Suite class on Symphony?
Baked Alaska replied to Leroyr55's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
@F1guynz and @Lovetocruise2002 Here are the screenshots for Feb 2026 for Symphony (it is this way on all the 2/2-26 sailings). The devil is in the details (or lack of them). Either they've (oops) "left it off," or they're being ambiguous for a reason. Will Royal hire more concierges for these additional cabins? From my sailing last week, I can tell you that Willy and Shaun worked their arses off. Adding the additional TRULY Sky class junior suites without the additional concierge would be crazy. Also, the SKY Junior Suite says Coastal Kitchen dinner based on availability (same, that's not a Sky class amenity). Grand Suite has the usual all-day access, etc. -

It also does NOT include the Concierges. -

There is no wet bar sink on any ship. The only sink will be in your restroom.

New service SOTS? Luggage taken to airport for us

Disney offers this, or used to, however Southwest was not one of the airlines they partnered with so we could never use it.
