Thanks. I knew we could not "transfer" them, but wanted to make sure it was ok to buy drinks for others.

Some days our four each were shared 5/3 as my wife frequently only had a specialty coffee, a drink by the pool, and one at our evening entertainment of choice.
Now that we're moving to five each, it will be interesting to see if it defaults to 6/4 with the occasional 7/3. Time will tell.

Ben Gurion is a big airport that all the major lines service. For me, I'd go United on that crazy-long flight from TLV to San Fransico in business class (and then the short hop up to Seattle), but that's mostly because I tend to collect UA miles.
As for a bit more luxe experience, I enjoy long-haul flight on KLM or Air France. Pretty much any non-US carrier (that isn't a discount airline) is going to give you a nicer time. IMO.
If you want really fancy, fly from TLV to Dubai and then hop on Emirates to Seattle!

As many times as you can get get reservations or get seated for...Hooked does have a turf and turf option on the menu so you won't starve there.
You will be hard pressed to hit that spending limit. Izumi has a 34.99 option that includes 1 small plate, 2 large plates and a dessert. It's a LOT of food for one person! Playmakers is very reasonably priced too..so $20/person goes really far.
Shorts are fine for lunch, just no swimwear.

As many times as you want, as long as you can secure a reservation.

Chops Giovani's/Jamie's Wonderland Izumi Sushi Izumi Hibachi Hooked
Dress casual - shorts are fine (not cargo shorts), shirt is fine, collared shirt is better.
There is no rule, the general consensus is multiple apps, one entree, multiple desserts. Restaurant's discretion.
You may have to leave and come back. Again, restaurant's discretion.

    Per person per visit.
And typically it's one entree but as many apps and desserts as you like. Usually they won't push back too hard if you want an extra entree to share between 2+ people.  Also at the Italian restaurant you can order a pasta AND an entree.

I just came off of Explorer. There is technically a 15 minute wait between drinks, but most bartenders do not follow this as long as you are not being obnoxious (and certainly get to know your bartenders, they treat you like royalty). However, about 5 days in on our 9 nights, the lead bartender came back and advised that my hubby, me and a couple we met on the ship, could not order shots and drinks, at the same time ( we were making great use of our drink package). We could only get shots on ice (in hopes we would drink slower). So, the staff at our bar would take our drink orders (after we finished our current drink, and just delay sliding our cards (if under the 15 minute window). Not to say every bartender will do that (if they forget to charge, they get in trouble since they are audited every day, and so are some customers, like us. LOL!!). Have fun, and enjoy your cruise.

Sorry this has ruined your vacation, but this is the media's fault, not Royal Caribbean.
A scare was created when one local news decided to run on a rumor, and a media circus ensued that ended up being for absolutely no reason.

Bottom line, do not cancel due to coronavirus. It's not present here and zero reason to cancel.

When I book my cruises, I always have my TA call RC to request the vegetarian menu for me in the MDR. The first night, I don't get the option to order from it. However, at the end of the meal, they bring me the menu, along with the regular for the next evening so I can decide what I would like to order. I place my order each night this way. Some times I choose from the Vegetarian menu and sometimes from the regular menu. Next time you book, you should have your TA, or yourself, call RC to have the vegetarian/vegan menu set up for you.

I'm also from Seattle.  We did a 7 night cruise to Astoria, OR, San Francisco, and Victoria B.C. last fall on the Explorer out of Seattle.  Great trip and the weather that time of year in S.F. was amazing.  Now that the Ovation has replaced the Explorer I don't see it offered, but I would definitely do that one again.

I'm from Seattle and I feel your pain, I am Loyal to Royal but sometimes I think about trying carnival because they cruise from cali.
Also I really wish Royal did a few weekend getaway cruises out of seattle a year. I told my wife I was going to book every weekend trip available out of Seattle when the new bookings came out. So when the new sailings came out and there were ZERO out of Seattle I was pretty  bummed. There are a couple out of vancouver, but I might as well fly to California if I have to cross the border for a 3 or 4 night

Live2Cruise reacted to Gears in Holland America testing additional charge for two entrees
I'm not buying the food waste explanation. Either the food is on the ship and available or it's not...if it is on the ship it has a shelf life and it will go to waste at some point. If someone orders a second entree it has to be available...not taken out of a freezer and prepared. This is either a cost saver (reducing consumption and thus cost of food per sailing) or a revenue generator. Imagine being told you have to pay for more than one plate of food in the Mounthjammer...errrr...Windjammer?
When it comes to Holland America I sail on the Idontgiveadam.
