  1. I certainly hope so! Royal Caribbean hasn't let me down yet.
  2. Please add: 12/29/2018 Quantum of the Seas & 12/9/2019 Mariner of the Seas Thank you!
  3. Avoid 3-4 night Bahamas cruises in March if booze cruises aren't your thing, In my experience they're full of spring breakers. Most 7 day+ cruises are fine, this isn't Carnival after all.
  4. Graycliff does have a chocolatier, if I remember correctly they also have tastings, a tour, etc.
  5. I don't know if you're into cigars but there is the Graycliff which is an upscale restaurant and hotel with a cigar rolling facility on premises that does have a "roll your own cigar" class. There is of course Atlantis but the prices are a little steep and, in my opinion, isn't really worth it if you're not a gambler.
  6. Fantastic, that's removing a fair bit of anxiety for my next cruise, Thank you @bobroo !
  7. Has anyone taken one of Royal Caribbean's "Culturally Enriching Cruises" before? I understand the primary language on the ship will not be English but how severe of a barrier is it? Is there an English speaking concierge on board? Specifically cruises out of China to Japan, my Mandarin is very limited however my conversational Japanese is pretty good, will they use both?
  8. Well no gold card is a bummer, however I am more than happy with the double C&A points. Thank you!
  9. So I've just placed a deposit on an "Ocean View Panoramic Suite" (thank you summer cyber sale) and being rather new to the suite thing, I was wondering what perks come with it. I've heard it's similar to the Junior Suite? do I still get double C&A points? do I get the gold seapass? any help is appreciated!
  10. Quantum of the Seas: October 20, 2018
  11. I honestly didn't think of asking them, I feel a bit daft. I'll give them a call in a few hours. Thank you!
  12. Hey all, I'm embarking on my 9th Royal Caribbean cruise this October out of Shanghai (Quantum of the Seas) and I'm hitting a bit of a snag. I want to book a taxi for a day at one of our stops (Kumamoto) with a company I've found online, however, RC is being somewhat vague as to which port in the area we are docking at (there are 3 within 45 minutes of Kumamoto that seem to accept passenger ships). I'm just wondering if anyone here has sailed to this area before with RC and if they could point me in the right direction. Thanks!
