Yes, the app will show everything, and there is a PDF you can download but only when on the ship wifi. This is in our room:

You may not. They will send them between 30-90 days. You can go to the RoyalUp website and put in your info now to see if it is an option.

The bid is "per person".  Be cautious with bidding for CLS, more often than not, if you win, you get a suite with a sports deck view and not an OV; that can be an unwelcome surprise for some.

If you choose to bid on a Royal Up, you may have to option to bid on several categories of Stateroom on the same webpage; Oceanview, Spacious Oceanview, Balcony, Obstructed View Balcony, Suites, etc.
If a cabin in one of your chosen categories is available and your bid is "right", only one of the bids will be accepted.

Back in Auguest, @JennaRCB wrote a good article on the Royal Up program:  https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/2022/08/02/royal-caribbeans-royalup-guide-tips-and-tricks

Just out of curiosity, How BAD is cruising on the OASIS when it is at FULL Capacity.
What do i need to know ahead of time?
    Pool Chairs?
    Entertainment?
    Activities?

VinceC reacted to ScooterScott22 in Royal Up Options
You question is a little vague.  If you mean that you have two cabins for one party  (Don’t think that is the situation) or can you bid on multiple Royal Up options above your cabin category.

Since I think it’s the second option and I’ve done it I’ll respond about experience.  Yes, you can bid on any category that is higher than yours.  We bid on select suites this past spring, our original was a balcony stateroom, and won the CLS.  They will only select one, if you even win the Royal Up at all.

We did not bid on every option that was available and some bids were stronger than others.  Was surprised to get the CLS as our Owners Suite bid was actually the strongest.  Likely it was due to the availability of the category that helps determine a win.

We were on Oasis Jan 5th -15th it was at or very near capacity.  This was our first time on an Oasis class and I was concerned about crowding.

The windjammer was the only place where I think it got overly crowded.

Seems the title was classic click bait so people would read the post. Strange axe to grind but everyone is entitled to their opinions. Other fun tags to get your post viewed next time "Royal Caribbean going out of Business" or "Coco Cay suffers the fate of Atlantis and sinks beneath the waves."

VinceC reacted to Censored in Time to stop Unlimted Drink Plan?
Seems its a common occurrence to experience intoxicated cruisers aboard .   They can become loud, obnoxious, annoying, angry, and get involved in fights.  Personally I think this is due to the offering of the Unlimited Drink Plan.  People simply want to take liberties and drink as much as they possibly can. Then come the consequences .   Time to stop this plan or change it?

There seems to be a lot of hype on the new Icon of the Seas. Bloggers, vloggers youtube influencers and the author/moderator of this blog make statements like they cant wait to sail on it and no doubt will either be invited or make a reservation on this ship come this Wednesday Oct 25 when bookings begin.  What many people fail to realize is that these first cruises are a "shake down" cruise. Not everything will run smoothly. It just won't , so dont expect it to. Not every thing will be open.  Staff are new to the ship and still in learning mode.  Shows, performers, last minute rehearsals, are all in test mode.  Dinner reservations, wait times, room service will all be a challenge.  Oh you might meet some famous people, top cruise line execs, and get to try out some new stuff., and of course you get the bragging rights that you were one of the first people to be on a inaugural voyage.  For me the cons outweighs the pros. I can wait. I will wait.

My husband and I sailed on Anthem in Bayonne this past December. They have the facial recognition and we were off the ship and into our car within 15 minutes. Don't even need to take out your passport. Really cool!

With ships sailing at Full Capacity....Oasis has been around 9:15 /9:45 on their list of disembarkation luggage tags. Adventure was a little earlier than that.
Of course that is all subject to change  (Adventure was late to dock last month due to currents and headwinds from Fiona)
Breakfast ends by 8:30.....as in that's when they shut down service.  Its been my experience that the ships at NJ have typically done a "last call to disembark" at least 15 minutes, if not longer, prior to the last disembarkation time.

Immigration and Customs at NJf or passport holders is like a "walk by"....the lines are shorter than ever and you walk up the Ipad and it does facial recognition.  I can' speak to the birth certificate line.  Just an FYI - I have a friend who was pulled out by Customs , and he said a lot of others were too.  They took him to a back room and went through EVERYTHING.  No explanatin as to why he was pulled.  Constant questions about his purchases as they serached and frisked all of his luggage and contents..  He had some clothes he had purchased on his cruise and was questioned on those.  He was also questioned abou the cigarettes he had purchased onboard and his medications.   He did not owe any tax money.  Very odd.  He said he was held there for quite some time while they thoroughly searched his stuff and he felt bad for the long line of subjects waiting to be searched .

Our last cruise was in November 2021.  Then we were blessed with our daughter and had to stop cursing.  Doctor’s orders.  Now we’re ready to cruise again and we’re booked on this sailing.  We will be with our 9 month old daughter and will be mom’s first Mother’s Day.  Very excited!

Matt's article is great just a couple of notes/quick summary on using the App.  (We have looked at the in room TV video but had already completed on the App so not sure of the exact flow there.)
Viewing it on the App can be done before boarding and that seems to be the easiest since you can stop by your muster drill location to do the final part of the check off once on the ship. So, for example, on the morning of the cruise you can log in to the app and find the safety icon at the bottom of the screen.  Click that and view the required information and videos, drill, horn and station.  Once each step is "completed" it will be noted in the app.  At that point all you need to do is drop by the station check in once on the ship.  Everyone in the party should be done in one viewing but if there  are multiple reservations each reservation will need to complete the sequence.

VinceC reacted to AshleyDillo in The Key
I think it depends on which port you are sailing from with respect to The Key.
I know they were sending out in The Key details that you get priority boarding if you arrived before 11:30 but after that you got priority in your arrival time only. That was also when there were a lot more hoops to jump through which slowed down the boarding process.
You select your arrival time (check-in time) when you do the online check-in that opens 45 days before sailing. Having the The Key doesn't mean you don't have to do this check-in at 45 days out, but it just allows you to still get the priority boarding if you end up not being able to pick an early arrival/check-in time.
Typically the ships start boarding around 11am.
  25. Thanks
VinceC reacted to AshleyDillo in The Key
10 or 10:30 has been the earliest check-in I have seen that you can opt for.
The Key has a dedicated line at check-in. They board The Key after suites and Pinnacles.
