Same! We got to experience his awesomeness and comedic ways on Allure, this time two years ago. Hope he isn't done with the Oasis Class, he really is well suited for that class of ship in my opinion. But I do hope he blesses the others in the fleet with his Cruise Directing.

Hope Michele is there, or that Tim is his replacement (but i'm not counting on it), he really is fantastic! I agree with you on the itinerary (and ship in some cases) is the main reason to be on a cruise, but a good CD makes the experience much better for a cruiser. P&S are a joke indeed! Wish they would chill on us cruisers and let us relax on our vacation, not syphoned for money.

Hey @Joe01 do you know who will be the AM and CD on Symphony on the July 29 sailing and August 6 sailings? Hope Michelle is still on the ship then!

Hello Royal Caribbean Board Members! I am a cruise and travel lover, and want to be always exploring new places! I will be sailing on Symphony of the Seas at the end of July, and am lucky enough to be doing a back to back sailing for a grand total of two weeks on what seems to be an amazing ship. I plan to be doing a (Semi)live blog about my adventures on this board, and would love to have others follow me. Ever since I set sail in the Caribbean on Adventure of the Seas, I have fallen in love with the water, cruising, and sailing in general. This addiction has let me fuel my traveling needs, and am always to suggest a cruise for a summer vacation. I live in the Great State of Texas with my two parents and my faithful dog named Chewie (yes, Star Wars). Please don't hesitate to ask questions about me or about cruising in general! This an amazing blog and board community, and we are all privileged to have a great team to do this, especially being exclusive to Royal! -Carson

Will definitely follow! I'm hoping that as we get closer to the end of July, that we will see more features available in the app for the ships that support the app (especially Symphony ?). Please do tell a lot about how the app works while on board (and of course about the ship and ports), as I feel no one has documented their experience with the app on any Royal cruising boards (and maybe for good reason). Enjoy your time on Allure! She really is an amazing ship.

Has anyone been able to use the Royal App to check-in to Symphony of the Seas? When I click on my reservation on the app, I get this message: My cruise is only 48 days to departure, well in the 90 day check-in window. If you have been able to use the app to check-in, how is it? Did you try the Expedited Arrival in port? -Crafty
