Is the Cabana and beach bed area on Chill Island roped off or can anyone access that area of the beach?

So is the entire Chill Island beach open to anyone and not just people who rented cabanas etc? We have a large group and rented 3 beach beds for our 7/21 sailing to use as a home base and I am debating cancelling one of them since everyone will be coming and going to the pool and splash pad but I want to make sure everyone will be able to access the 2 remaining beds without a reservation of their own if that makes sense ..TIA

We are booking beach beds for Coco Cay and it's slightly confusing. I know the price is per bed and not person so I only selected myself. Do I now have to go back in and assign the rest of my party? Do they need to know everyone using the bed or do we just show up? TIA

First time cruiser here... we just booked Harmony of the Seas for July 21st 2019 and we needed 3 interior cabins so my focus was getting 3 near each other and now I'm wondering if I picked a bad location and we might be better off with our rooms apart but in better locations? The rooms I booked are 9149, 9147 and 9436. Do these look ok? Any advice? Thanks in advance!
