If you're not in the financial position to make the final payment, you'll just have to cancel and accept the FCC at this point unfortunately.

Dennis M got a reaction from rtread in Covid Cancellation Questions
Our June 12 British Isles cruise was canceled by Royal on May 20. We received an email that day advising us of three options; Future Cruise Credit, Lift and Shift, or a full refund. The email contained a link for choosing a full refund. Since we were expecting the cruise to be cancel we had already decided we wanted a full refund of all payments. I clicked on the refund link and answered a few questions, i.e., ship name, cruise date, reservation number. I was done in less than five minutes. No phone calls needed. I received credit on my charge card for all the payments made in less than ten days. I was glad I had booked direct instead of using a vacation planner of travel agent.

It may be sold out.  You should still be able to see it in your order history and click on it to get details.

I would think it's unknown until you get into the ports due to other ships being there.  Just a matter of who's in the port first and the size of the ships in port will also play a factor.

We had a unique Hubbard Glacier experience in 2001. We were on the Radiance for inside passage and Hubbard Glacier and B2B 2 night to Victoria. Yes, we were in Skagway on 9/11. Very strange to be on the ship, far from home and basically no one could get off or on because no planes were flying. Anyway back to Hubbard, the captain seemed to shut down all the engines and we stayed there for a long time as we had “a moment of silence “ in the absolute quiet and solitude and majesty of the glacier. The only sound was glaciers calving. It was like being in the most holy cathedral on earth.

Here is a listing of Alaska shore excursions in July 2018 on The Radiance of the Seas southbound. We didn't do any excursions with the ship but booked some with our travel agent. This listing has more than I recall being shown on the RC website cruise planner.

We have been in inside connecting cabins and the door has always been just one. I personally am not a huge fan of them because they seem to let the sound right through. I always worry about disturbing the neighbor. I try to avoid them.
As far as the guarantee cabin changing, from the day I bought my guarantee balcony on the Oasis I watched as I was assigned a grand suite, then within a few hours I was assigned an ocean view balcony that we really loved. It would have really been cool if the suite stayed but I assume it was a glitch that was quickly fixed.

We  have only booked one guarantee cabin.  It was a balcony guarantee, and we were given our cabin assignment probably several weeks before the cruise.  The cabin did not change.  I would be surprised if they would ever change the assignment once it is done.  I believe all the connecting doorways are only one door, at least that is all I have ever seen.

Dennis M reacted to twangster in MTD reserved time, but late
    Welcome to the message boards!
Since you are assigned to the My Time MDR, your reservation is a +/- 15 minute window.
When you visit the My Time MDR there are 2 lines, one for those with reservations and a separate line for MTD guests that don't have a reservation.  If you are within your +/- 15 minute window go into the line for guests with reservations.  If you are outside of the reservation window, simply go into the line for guests without reservations.
You can change your MTD reservations once on the ship for any night.  If possible, when you know you won't make a reservation you can call them or visit to cancel it for that night then show up when you can and use the "no reservation" line.
Cancelling a reservation is not required but appreciated since they try to sit you at the same table when possible and keeping a table waiting for you when you know you won't use it delays someone else from being to use that table.

No, I don't think there will be a phone number that would be associated with the ship. Just do your best.  If you know, before you leave in the morning, that you are going to miss your dining reservation, call and cancel before you leave.  But if you think you will make it back in time but just don't....well, they will wait 15 minutes and then give your table to someone who is waiting.  It's a courtesy but sometimes missing your reservation just can't be helped.  Do your best and enjoy the ability to be spontaneous !
