    Sometimes the inspections or scheduled maintenance goes faster than expected.  Since I have to check out of a hotel I tend to go to the terminal at a normal time but if we get held up and have to wait, so be it, that’s what they stated.

    I received the same email about my serenade cruise earlier this month and I arrived at the terminal at 10h30am. I was onboard at 10h55.

    Our Harmony cruise leaving this Friday is telling us (and others) to not arrive til after 11:30. They say boarding will happen from 11:30-3:30. We still plan on parking by 10a and hoping to be onboard by 11.  See what happens!

    You could still arrive at 10amish, but you may be sitting in the cruise terminal for a few hours.
    I'm not sure what I would do in your situation. Perhaps split the difference and arrive closer to 11:30-12 just to beat the rush. But you may end up sitting around.

    I think I read an earlier post that the ship was going to have an "in depth" cleaning. Perhaps you should give Royal a call to find out what's up, especially with the little one.

    Family just got back from a short cruise to the Bahamas. Wife, and my 19 month old.
    Anyone know if Enchantment is Set for some maintenance? She looked rough, a lot of visible rust, some of the railings were missing with barriers out around. The balcony partition was rusted out at the bottom. 
    Our suite AC would not bring the room down as cool as our friends in a Balcony. They tried the entire cruise to fix it but said it was as cold as they could get it.
    if anyone has an Infant and is considering using the nursery services, I highly recommend it. We used it twice during the cruise, and it was the first time my child has been to any daycare service, she loved it. They gave us a little report card when we picked her up explaining everything that she did and they really seemed to care. 
    I also noticed that the hamburgers and steak on this cruise were much better than my previous cruises in the recent years. 
    Overall, any cruise is a good cruise! Looking forward to our 8 day in March! If anyone has any questions about the cruise or CoCocay,Nassau let me know I’ll try to answer!

    Just part of the game RC plays with offers.  Kids Sail Free ended and Kids Sail For Less is now it.  Benefit of Kids Sail for Less is there are no blackout dates.

    I book early, then follow closely often repricing during any sales to ensure I got the best deal. Personally I’v had my best luck the first week of December. That graph is mighty neat tho!

    We had this happen on our last cruise. We couldn’t pull it up anymore but when we got on the ship we had our tickets and the excursion was listed on the cruise compass. Maybe currently sold out, or a website glitch.....knowing current conditions a website glitch could be plausible.

    While I’m not saying the above scenario is impossible, I find it highly unlikely. Royal knows in advanced the bookings on their cruise.
    Also, in a recent booking we spoke to a few royal Caribbean employees regarding the policy of Staterooms Guarntees, because one of our parties wanted to book it. The response was similar amongst the employees, if you book the guarantee and they don’t have the room in that category then they offer upgrades to members from the stateroom category you booked to higher staterooms (assuming starting with C&A then offering to others). If they are still not able to open a room, the upgrade then becomes the new guarantee stateroom.  Basically it was they offer upgrades to all the above category’s to free up your guarantee.

    We didn't take our blow up pool anywhere outside our balcony.  However, my neighbor took a blow up pool and set it up by one of the pools on Freedom, so you should be able to do the same on Brilliance.
    Our son is walking quite well, and is super active and curious, so we took him to the mini gold course and colony club to run around.
    Try out the nursery, especially if you don't have someone with you to watch the baby for a few hours.  The girls working the nursery were super nice.  Scotty, Kelly, Krispy Kreme, and Rebecca are the names I remember.
    Ask any crew member at the restaurants/Windjammer for a high chair if needed, or just grab one if you see it.
    Bring more than enough diapers, and formula.  We told our pediatrician about the cruise, so he gave us a bunch of prescriptions for various "what ifs" that might happen on board.

    Kind of crazy that you are taken to a new account page and then you have to supply them with the reservation number of anything already reserved. History is also completely wiped and the new page is saying that our Crown and Anchor Society number cannot be found when we supply it. Glad I am not the only one seeing these issues; it looks like this is part of their update where they are trying to merge the mobile and desktop experiences but like others have pointed out, updates like this in the IT world should go through Dev and Test environments before ever reaching production.

    There's really only one way to stop the charge and that's just don't go! Plenty more to do on the ship, it's not like you're going to Broadway in NY. That's ridiculous paying that amount.

    I totally agree with this.  Most of us here are onto them but looking at other boards and posts, there are so many out there who have no idea.  And like @PrincipalTinker mentioned, it can be confusing for many first timers.
