  1. I agree, hopefully it’s a move in the right direction.
  2. I also can confirm that I just got a $700 drop on my fare and I selected non-refundable deposit. They gave me no troubles and it was quick, less than 5 minutes. I didn’t use a travel agent, I booked directly through royal.
  3. I have a fear you may be correct and now they are trying to handle the negative backlash. It’s very pointless to even log into an account if you have to reeenter everything over and over. The account serves no purpose.
  4. We were upgraded from ocean view to balcony on Liberty of the Seas. We didn’t get notified or charged just had a different room when we got on board. Then again, my preferences state auto upgrade too. I’m not sure it’s common tho.
  5. I still think they could roll back if that wanted. If I log in on the U.K. website I’m greeted with the old website and can access most stuff before being redirected back to the US site and having to log into the new website. I really think it’s just a lapse of planning, they are trying to merge the different cruise lines into one website, (clelberity,princess etc) and I just think there were some comparability issues. If they rolled back now, it would just destroy their progress. I do think the last week has been damage control. Now you can access the cruise planner and cruise documentation, just requires you to enter all your information again. A few days ago you couldn’t even log in! :-)

  10. I can log in but it wants me to re enter the reservation number for the cruise planner and cruise documents....maybe this is the norm now? Plus I don’t think it gives you much information on the log in.
  11. We’re heading out on Brilliance on the 22nd of March! 8 days! We too will be cruising with a one year old, unfortunately we couldn’t score a balcony. We’re you able to blow up the little pool near the main pool? Do you have any other suggestions for cruising with a little one? This is cruise 13 for me, but first with an infant!
  12. Still not working, customer service said it would be fixed by today. Anyone heard anything?
