I usually get the beverage pkg with the sodas and coffee, but I'm not a big soda drinker. My husband usually ended up using it for Powerade. Now coffee is another story, I can drink it all day and still sleep like a baby. So our cruise next week, I bought the coffee card. ️️️️️️

Have you seen the car seats that have a handle and roll like a piece of luggage? I always said if we ever cruise or fly with my toddler grandson we were buying one of those. Has anyone rented one of these lately? We were thinking of renting one next week on our cruise but the Hubs was wondering if the hurricane damaged too much to make it worth it. It's a great price!

I agree with Matt. If you skip a port, Nassau would be the one. Dont skip St Kitts....it's beautiful!

Don't get me wrong.....I'm all for pulling planes for maintenance. Always safety first! Im married to the guy who doesn't believe in arriving a day early for our cruise. In fact, sometimes I think he tries to cut it as close as he can. Drives me nuts!!! In his defense, it's usually due to work restraints. I'm just worried if our flight gets pulled, we will miss our cruise. We bought travel insurance.....thankfully.

I read an article today about Southwest cancelling flights to pull the planes for maintenance. I have to admit, this makes me nervous. We have our flight to San Juan booked on them.

Just saw on the news this morning that the power is still out in San Juan. Has anyone heard from the city? They said an excavator hit a main transformer.

We lucked out and got a somewhat direct flight to Sidney. We left Houston, did a quick stop in Brisbane to refuel, then on to Sidney. Our trip was right after the big Quantas strike was settled so they were bending over backward to make sure we were happy. We went directly to the ship but ended up staying an extra day after to visit with a friend there. Sorry, can't remember the name of the hotel but it was lovely. It was right by the Harbor. We walked all over...it was beautiful. All in all....it was by far my favorite cruise to date.

Yesterday we got an email from RCCL saying we could be eligible for an upgrade to a balcony cabin on our May 5th Adventure of the Seas sailing . The cost was $100.... My question being, has anyone else ever gotten this? Did they actually get the upgrade? We have cruised 7 times with RCCL and this is the first time we've gotten this. Just curious, I'd be happy with either cabin.

I can see both sides of this.....I love Labadee because it's peaceful..... It looks as though they are turning Coco Cay into an amusement park . The one cruise we took that was supposed to stop there was bypassed due to rough seas...so I have nothing to compare. My husband's first comment when I told him about this was ...." Well the cost of the 4 and 5 day cruises are going to go way up now."

Any guesses?
