Often times I have been able to walk down the hall (50-100 feet or so) and see them staged in a line and grab mine during the process of delivering.  

Harmony is supposed to be the first ship calling there tomorrow; hopefully someone on board will report back about their experience.

This is likely. If there are too many crew in quarantine, with covid, etc., then there is a risk of not being able to provide adequate service to passengers.

We've got a B2B booked for April, I'm optimistic that if things aren't back to pre-pandemic they will atleast be close to the protocols we had on the Adventure in August.  In fact just booked my flights and pre-cruise hotel today.  I hope that the eastern ports will be open, and pretty confident the Mexican ports will still be open, but if not I'll just sit on my balcony watching that beautiful blue Caribbean sea roll by.

There is The Cove at Port Canaveral which has restaurants so you could drop off your luggage with the porters at the terminal and walk over there to kill time.

Depending on the ship there is a coffee shop called Cafe Promenade or Cafe-Latitudes, they have americanos, expressos, lattes, etc  (very similar to Starbucks).  they serve either Starbucks coffee or Seattle's Best.  INMO the coffee served in the dining room and buffet is mediocre to poor at best.  Like has been said if the Ship has a stand alone Starbucks that is not included.

I was on the Adventure in August and we got off in Cozumel; took a taxi downtown did some shopping and had a drink and caught a taxi back to the ship.  We are vaccinated and no different from pro-Covid with the exception of mask requirements.  Unvaccinated could only get off with a RCL excursion.

The majority of them are, but the best ones are nicely dices (and not rubbery).

Everyone will be off the ship by 9:30 am, you can request a specific departure time and they will normally accommodate you. I would factor in 20-30 minutes from ship to baggage to customs to out on the curb.

The few times i purchased the 3 night dining package you are asked to choose either the first or second night and your time and they always assigned me to Chops.  Best thing to do is go to one of the specialty restaurants or one of the crew selling dining packages when you get on board and make your reservations for all 3 nights.

I did the Sushi & Saki lunch on the Adventure last month, and I would highly recommend that one.  Other wise you can order ala carte

South Beach has been used for the ships crew to use.  They are not letting crew get off at any other ports.

@Snotarni and @joshgates  thanks for the input, we went ahead and booked it for our upcoming Adventure sailing as we both like sushi. I saw a Youtube video of the experience and it looked like a great meal.  

Questions for anyone that has tried this.  (1) Did you enjoy it?  (2) Seems like a lot of food, is it smaller servings? (hate to feel like I am wasting food).
