Think it also may be attractive to new cruisers. Let them experience a cruise at a lower price and for a shorter time...Over a weekend might even be a bigger draw.

We have never taken the ships excursion but we have walked to it and took the tram up…If I remember right, It was only about 25 bucks each. Great view, cold beer and fantastic food.

We took the local Arubus to the Palm beach and had a great time. No added taxi fair. The bus was $6.00 round trip. I highly recommend it.
If I remember right it’s bus 10 to eagle beach.

We like Eagle Beach but the renting of chairs and umbrellas are expensive. But we think its expensive at any beach you may go to. We have learned though to bring our own collapsible soft sided ice chest and buy our drinks at the port...There is a CitGo gas station right outside the port. We stop there and purchase our beverages and ice...Walk across the street and grab a cab to Eagle Beach. Sorry but we haven't snorkeled there so can't be much help on that.

Hammocks are such a great idea !! What is the best ways you’ve found to attach it on the balcony??
On older ship you can usually find holes in the beams to run your straps through but not on the newer ships. On the newer ships you need two big c-clamps to clamp to the beams. Bringing these c-clamps in your checked luggage will cause you to take a trip to the naughty room…We’ve been called there a few times. Just explain what they are for and the clamps are released along with the suitcase. We have never had them confiscated…Just a pain going down to the naughty room.

Yep, my favorite place to relax too. I've often contemplated bringing a packable hammock and getting super boogie like Virgin.
We always bring our Hammock...Even on our Alaska cruises.

If we didn't care about our room...We would jump all over that!

Not sure if we are allowed to self promote...If not we will remove but if you are into hiding ducks on your cruise, Psycho makes these cute custom duck tags https://www.etsy.com/listing/1649287714/royal-caribbean-cruise-duck-cards

I anticipate that they will be stolen, but I got some of these little magnet guys. I thought they would be fun.
The ones they used were like these.

Chill Grill/Skipper's Grill: Taco bar (they have lots of other stuff but I prefer the tacos). Dessert hack there... combine soft serve from the machine with chocolate chip cookies (others do brownies) in a plastic drink cup.
Capt Jacks has some pretty good chicken wings too.

Oh, that's a shame... I was going to send my parents over there while we do the adventure stuff, and then join them for lunch when we're done. Does it have the best water entry of all the Labadee beaches? I've heard that other beaches have rocks and/or slimy weeds. What if they get there early? Would you say it is the loungers that get really crowded, the water, or both?
It does have good water access and not too many rocks. It does tend to fill up early but of course that all depends on your ship...We would recommend getting there early though.

Stay away for Nellies beach in Labadee...Too many people are finding out what a nice spot it is. lol

Depend on your cruise port...It might have rental car pick and drop off service. When looking for rental drop off locations close to your port, ask them if they offer it. We have done it one time but I can't remember what port in Florida it was right now.

We are extremely fortunate to have a great neighbor that loves our fur babies. She will come over several times a day and spend hours with them and will send us pictures. We have tried to pay her or bring her something from all our cruises, but she fusses tells us it's not required...We do it anyways. We do have some friends that don't have a great neighbor as we do and use Rover.com. They have been extremely happy with the providers but now only use the same one from the service.
