Celebrity!! I've had nothing but great experiences with them, great food, staff, etc!!

I've been on 3 RC and 3 Celebrity this past 18 months. I love both. We are on the "Mature" side, but both lines are great. I really can't say which I prefer over the other. We have a great time on both. We are more laid back, like to read, go to Casino. If you are looking for more "adult" time, go with Celebrity.

HI Joe!! Been Awol for awhile, dealing with hubby, but stable so we are forging ahead on our 25th Anniversary cruise on Lady G! I'm going to do that too. I was just curious if anyone used them. I'll check, I'm really looking at Peggy's cove etc, we are going to Red Sox game in Boston we are there all day! YAY!! Reykajvik has very good tour operators. (at least when I was there in my past lifetime!) You must be getting excited as the time keeps going by! I hope you and your family are doing well my friend!

HI all, has anyone used RC Private Journey's for a NE/CA cruise? Just curious as it will fit our needs better than most of the regular shore excursions. Thank you!

EXACTLY! We spent $67.00 last week just on underwear and shorts and one sweatshirt!!! LOL

What type of cabins are they? I just got off the Summit last Sunday. She does look beautiful. They really stepped it up, service impeccable. Food fabulous, even in Ocean Grill (Celebrity's version of Windjammer). Lots to offer there too, desserts awesome! I even had to send a pic to @Sweety a picture of her Red Velvet Cake!

Been following along and once again, you made us "be there" even in just pictures and descriptions!! On my bucket list, even more so now. Thank you so much for sharing once again!!

Yup, we can live vicariously through you for the next 60 days! LOL. I love your blogs!!?

HI Kathy HI there! We didn't go on Equinox, I need to update my cruises! LOL Leaving on Summit this Sunday. Hubby is disabled and he doesn't want to deal with the hassle of flying at this point. I hear the Edge is GREAT! Had the Edge booked too but cancelled.?

Hi @Noella, I have not been of Solstice, but Summit and due to leave next Sunday. I actually love Celebrity, this will be our second on them. We go back and forth between RC and Celebrity. We are a bit older, low key so we like the smaller ships too. Celebrity doesn't have all the bells and whistles like RC, more sedate if that's the right word. I honestly don't think you could go wrong at all, especially the destination! Bucket List for me!!

Looking forward to getting there hopefully in November, it looks really fun and nice!

HI there, I actually don't live there anymore but I did live in Marblehead which is right next door to Salem. Salem is great to visit. Not sure how long you are in port though. It's more than 45 minutes (not mileage, traffic wise!). there are no main roads to get there. It's beautiful! But then again so is Boston. If you are in port like we are this July, you hve plenty of time to visit both though, 10Am-11PM we are there for.

I saw this one already. It was very nice and compact which I liked. It's funny Luminae doesn't look that different though, looks like same chairs. Could be wrong! LOL

Heading out in 41 days, I will take pics for you if you want me to. Looking forward to it! We need it bad!
