Hi, I am going on Symphony of the Seas on Sunday and I have a question regarding embarkation times. My Fiance and I (soon to be husband in 3 days!) are flying into Barcelona on Sunday at 8AM. We purchased the transportation to the pier. The only arrival time available was 12:30-1:30 however I think we are likely to arrive earlier than that. Will we have to wait around until that time? We have expedited embarkation since I used the app. Thanks!

Question, does Royal Caribbean open up additional spots for shore excursions on board. I ask because some of the excursions I want to do for my cruise only have one spot available. What is the best thing to do? Book one spot for me and hope the best for my spouse?! Please help!

Also last summer when I went on the Oasis they sold the ultimate package on the ship. Does anyone know if they do that on Symphony now?

Can you buy multiple dining packages? I wanted the ultimate but that isn't available so can I buy a 3 and 4 night for a 9 night cruise?

I wanted to book this package and it was available a few weeks ago for my October sailing on Symphony of the Seas and now it's gone. Is it sold out? Do you think it will come back? This is for my honeymoon and I really want it to be special!

I booked on my Oasis of the Seas cruise. Once you book the time should show up on your cruise planner. I loved it! It was in the afternoon on our last sea day!

I took the cruise transfer to the airport on the way back to the port & that was a positive experience!

I did uber on my Oasis of the Seas cruise last summer! I had a really positive experience & I want to say the rate was about $80 to the port and about 50 min ride.

I am happy to report that I transferred over to MEI travel yesterday and they were able to apply the PROMO CODE! All is not lost! MEI also let me know that I booked an obstructed view and got that corrected for me. Thank you all for your help!

I just tried to click cancel & it said the penalty would be $500, is there another way to do this? Where would I cancel in my cruise planner?

the promo code on their site right now is SAVEMORE. I think Promo Codes are a fairly new thing. Do you have a suggested travel agent?

Hi, A little bit of a rant here sorry in advance, I just booked my honeymoon on Sunday to go to Europe on Symphony of the Seas. As of yesterday, Royal Caribbean had an additional promo code which took $300+ off the original price I paid on Sunday. I just called them to try to adjust the price and they say they cannot do that because it is only for new bookings however we are talking about 48 hours here for my honeymoon. What I don't understand is this is not a new promotion, it is a promo code on top of the same promotion I used Sunday. I booked and trusted Royal Caribbean for my honeymoon because of the exceptional customer service and they could not have been ruder on the phone. It honestly but me in such a bad mood that I wanted to cancel the whole thing all together. Just to give some details I booked a balcony room and a non-refundable deposit.

I did this on Oasis of the seas and it took place in the main dining room on the 6th day which was a Sea Day.

Hi, I want to book a cruise to celebrate my sisters graduation next year. Wondering what are the best options when you are cruising with a group of four? Should I book two staterooms or are there certain rooms that can accommodate four people? We are thinking of going on Anthem of the Seas or Allure or Symphony of the Seas. Thanks!
