  1. This is a perfect example of why I like to pop into the WJ even if I had dinner in the MDR (we do early seating). Sure the app has the theme nowadays but you never know when you might find an item or two you really like. Big fan of the crepes too, btw. Back in the day there used to be more unique items that would only appear once but I still think it’s worth checking out.
  2. I can't remember the last time I went to one of those. But hey, you got a glass of really cheap champagne, right?
  3. Clearly I failed to notice, lol. My bad @Lovetocruise2002.
  4. I’ve been keeping an eye out for a headliner & this just appeared in the app sometime today. It’s the only listed day/time but the headliner has also been performing twice on day 5 so I’m guessing that will pop up eventually. With his infectious enthusiasm, rapid-fire wit and highly-skilled juggling, Pete will absolutely change your opinion of jugglers. Widely recognized as the U.K.'s premier comedy juggler, with a career spanning three decades, Pete has performed on major, prime-time TV shows, attracting audiences in the tens of millions. He has performed on the inaugural sailings of every Royal Caribbean ship for the last 10 years. Saying Pete Matthews is just another juggler is like saying London is just another city.
  5. Yes with a bunch of music-themed cocktails. Other Oasis-class ships basically have the same venue but it's called Dazzles. We never really spent any time there but when I was with extended family on Wonder last June they wanted to go so we listened to music for like an hour.
  6. OK, so not all that different. It's 2 stories on Wonder too but nowhere near the casino and just looks different from your pic. They do have certain trivias and name that tunes there but the others seem crowded no matter what the topic.
  7. I've never been on Q-class (and know very little about it)... Music Hall on Wonder looks nothing like that. Do they do a lot of trivia there? One of my few complaints is that the venues used for trivia on Oasis class (usually the bars or Karaoke place) can be extremely overcrowded.
  8. If they're in college, let's at least give them credit for knowing the song.
  9. It's not bad at all if you're there early. Same goes for embarkation day lunch. I'm usually there as soon as it opens and it's not remotely crowded. It takes time for people to board, wander, take care of certain things, figure out where everything is if they're new, etc. I'm not trying to convince others to go there; a lot of the time it is very crowded... just not always like some believe.
  10. Even I wouldn't go near the WJ in Star Class. I barely ate there in Sky Class in June.
  11. You likely suspect correctly although if it's anything like this most recent round of releases, it could run from November-March depending on ports, ships, itineraries, etc.
  12. Thanks. My internet humor makes up for my brain's shortcomings.
  13. There are certain cabins (I know the panoramic view interiors) that are prohibited from having their lights on at night without their curtains drawn so as not to affect the bridge. I only know b/c we tried to RU to one on Indy just b/c it looked cool and didn't cost much for a min bid b/c they're still interiors.
  14. I wouldn’t even order most of what you did but I’m so hungry now. Haven’t tried Kitchen yet (Giovanni’s Table was always our favorite) but when discussing it I always wondered how/where does the pizza fit in b/c I would definitely want to try it (the exact one you got). To-go sounds like a good solution. That’s my plan for the large cinamon bun at Mason Jar brunch.
  15. Yeah, I'm not super into it. My wife used to snorkel there 1st thing after we claimed our Oasis Pool spot. I would grab a frozen drink and an umbrella on the beach and wait for her. I'll snorkel some on our excursion in St. Martin next week. I'd rather be jumping off a boat into the ocean to see turtles (hopefully).
  16. You can find menus in the app. For cruise itineraries that repeat over and over the menu order basically stays the same for months and months. For more unique itineraries it's a little different.
  17. There are nurse sharks and lemon sharks at CocoCay (both tiny). My wife has snorkeled with both. One was by Chill Beach where the main snorkeling is. The other was when we were treated to an OTW cabana right in that area.
  18. Trying to find that college girl who was "out" ?
  19. This conversation inspired me to check the app for the current Wonder sailing. I'm seeing 11:30am, 2:00pm, and 1:00pm. Oh well, I'll manage, it's usually an afternoon snack for me anyway since my wife doesn't eat it. Our main lunch if onboard is elsewhere.
  20. They were even open for breakfast on Wonder in June (nothing Mexican but I thought it would be a quiet place to have breakfast outdoors when we went back) but sadly it looks like they did away with breakfast. In any case, it may have closed briefly after breakfast to switch over the food but I'm pretty sure it was always open earlier than 1:00. I know each ship is different and this stuff constantly changes, just sharing.
  21. We noticed! TBF, I will stop there most days myself, it's just one of multiple mainstays for me.
  22. My wife's dessert hack there (from Chill Grill) is to get soft serve in a plastic drink cup and then mix in chopped up chocolate chip cookies but she's also done it with a brownie. You can do this onboard with cookies and soft serve too of course; it just became a thing at CocoCay for whatever reason.
  23. Enjoy all the food! We mostly stay on the ship as well. Our current plan is to do one excursion besides CocoCay per 7N cruise (and sometimes we hop off just to walk around the port for an hour or so and get back on).
