Nevermind the rules, you absolutely do not need to plan for that sort of a scenario.

So you know what the next step is right?  Time to make the plunge...even if it's just for research.  There's still the new Ultimate Panoramic cabins left on OA 03/15/2020.  If your girls are off, we can see you on board. ?

Hi @Phs79, welcome to the Royal Caribbean Blog forums!
Since this isn't your very first cruise, I would recommend going to the Getting Started section of the main blog and just looking at the articles "The differences between Royal Caribbean's ships", "All about Royal Caribbean Food", and "Royal Caribbean Gratuities" to just learn about some of the specifics with Royal. After that, you can check out @Matt's YouTube Channel and look for videos that are relevant to your sailing -- be they about cruising on Royal in general, Harmony specifically, Labadee / Coco Cay, or other items you think would be good to know. His podcast is also a great resource, and you'll probably find some links to Harmony-specific episodes when you do the site search, or by searching "Harmony of the Seas podcast". If you have a podcast player installed on your phone or tablet, you can also subscribe to the podcast and get the latest episode delivered every Wednesday.
This definitely won't answer all of your questions, but it'll give you a great start. After that, please come on back here and let us know any specifics you didn't find explained elsewhere. There's a ton of knowledge and information on this site and these forums, and lots of very helpful people here who all want to do their best to make sure you have a great experience. ?

A new pressing service offer was recently rolled out on a number of ships.  It was noted in this blog post:
    https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/2019/08/22/reader-finds-cococay-lights-elevator-panels-oasis-of-the-seas-and-laundry
I’ve seen this on a number of ships.

There is. It’s very nondescript and there’s a 99 percent chance any wife/daughter won’t go near it.

After reading everyone’s experiences we will give MEI a shot for our next booking, we are still fairly new with cruising but are hooked now. Have used bigger sites for the “perks” but There is no real relation ship or do I feel that they would do what I am reading what the benefits of booking with mei would be. Now we just have to wait for details and itinerary’s for Wonder of the seas to plan for 2021.

Not sure how long you've lived in the South, but as a Northener, I think waffle house has a special appeal. Simply put, there's nothing like it north of Maryland.

Great topic, and I think a lot of the responses are interesting to look at.  I certainly get this question a lot, and there are definitely a few factors or decisions that factor greatly into one's ability to cruise a lot.
    1. Living in Florida (or near an embarkation port). No cost to fly saves soooo much money, and opens up a great deal of cruising opportunities.
    2. Choosing to cruise over other vacations: In my opinion, cruising a lot means forgoing other types of vacations/trips that may otherwise eat into your time off.
    3. For those that cruise more than twice a year, I think finding deals is a major component as well. If you cruise 1-2 times a year, I think you can afford to pick from almost any sailing out there and be able to afford it.  Once you start using up fingers on your hand to count the number of cruises in a year, you have to start playing the "find a deal" game.
Did I mention living in Florida really helps?

@Lovetocruise2002 I was reading this thread and questioned how people could justify Star Class, but as @SuperNinjaconcluded, I started justifying upgrading to the better seats on my flights.  So now it all makes sense.

Matt got a reaction from 12thman in Online booking vs. Agencies
MEI does room blocks, primarily when they see a need for one. The most common scenario is an event like a RoyalCaribbeanBlog group cruise or a large family gathering or company event. Basically, if it makes sense to grab a bunch of rooms on a select sailing, they can do it.
Moreover, an agency such as MEI is part of a larger network of travel agencies. MEI could potentially have access to room blocks that other agencies in that agency have set up.
I often advocate to use a travel agent for the fantastic service they provide, but from time to time, they can also net you a great deal too! In short, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
