Upgraded balcony

I paid extra fir the upgraded balcony room and it had BED BUGS!! The cruise line knew And didn't tell us. They changed our mattress and it was treated with a chemical that Made us SICK!!! We had to get an old mattress back! I was so disappointed. In this cruise line And I've cruised 5 times before with Carnival and even on their 3.5 star ship it was a better experience!

Supposed to be a top of the line boat

Getting off the boat
What did you dislike about your cruise?: 
Everything - bed bugs, mattress , the people were not very nice
Did you do any excursions?: 
Yes . The best one I booked was not even associated with the cruise line
How was your cabin?: 
Horrible, it had bed bugs
How was the food on the ship?: 
The dinner was always closed when I wanted to go there
Would you cruise again on this ship?: 
No
