Typically there are single events on Royal Caribbean cruises and there isn't an expressed age restriction, although I'm not sure how many other single seniors you'll find attending these sort of events.

You may want to look for senior groups that organize Royal Caribbean cruises, so you can go in with a large group of people with a similar idea.
