Ship is beautiful - dolphin encounter now a lifetime memory - but I ended up having one of the worst discriminatory experiences of my life on this ship.  After being a loyal customer of RC for 14 years, I faced the sad realization that particular staff only see color, not a person.  RC has lost me as a customer forever.  If you are certain you have been discriminated against, please contact the Florida Commission on Human Relations.  The complaint forms are downloadable, and you will not have to make trips to their FL office for your complaint to be processed.  This behavior has to be stopped!!!
What was your motivation to take a cruise?: 
I take a cruise vacation usually annually.
What was a highlight of your cruise?: 
The dolphin encounter in Curacao.
What did you dislike about your cruise?: 
The discrimination I have filed and being investigated with the FCHR (see summary please).
Did you do any excursions?: 
Absolutely - always (please see above).
How was your cabin?: 
Great.
How was the food on the ship?: 
When I was served, it was not fantastic, but fulfilling. The incident I and my guests were obviously not served likely on the basis of our skin color, well, I was not served during that lunch event.
Would you cruise again on this ship?:
