JP's Trip Review
Explorer of the Seas
Other then being at Disney with my kids when they were younger we've had no better vacation. Waited over 10 years for my wife to finally agree to go on a cruise due to fear of water of the high seas planted mostly by others who must have sailed on a dingy. Those fears have completely vanished. She had a fantastic experience. One small pill each morning (for only the first 4 days) didn't hurt either. The crew including all waiters, room attendants, Captain and show entertainers where all extremely polite, curtious and most of all fun. They never stopped trying to please us and put a smile on our faces all with sincereity. I found out the waiters for example work for only tips and rely on our responses to the questionairre as to how many tables they get increasing their wages and are on the boat approx. 6 months . This means no matter how they are feeling or how home sick they, are each and everyday they must be 110% on top of their game to please you. That in by it's self is a big statement. The food was surperb with an abundance of choices. So besides all the countless shows and activities, the people impressed us the most. We say Thank you.
