The friendliness of one of the dining room server.
What was your motivation to take a cruise?: 
To celebrate my birthday with my two daughters and my two granddaughters,and show them how fun a cruise is, but it was a total flop and they will never attempt another cruise even on another cruiseline!
What was a highlight of your cruise?: 
a beachday
What did you dislike about your cruise?: 
Everything: we paid a supplement for an oceanview room, we got an OBSTRUCTED view instead The food was so-so.The first night my steak was barely edible. zIt took forever to get our food and even longer to get our drinks. We had to beg and wait one hour and a half to get one towel per person! The entertainement was cheap and vulgar, one man show type, not suitable for young ears. In Nassau, the tour was only a tour of decrepit houses surrounded by barbed wires, with the rudest driver I ever had, and we were dumped in the Atlantis casino where we could not even have access to pre-made 6 inches sandwiches for $15 each.
Did you do any excursions?: 
We took a tour of Nassau. See above. Every time I see an ad for Atlantis on TV, I laugh. It was a zoo, people on top of each other, a large casino no access to anywhere if you are not a member.
How was your cabin?: 
Small.No storage for suitcases.The 3rd bed was so close to the ceiling you could not even sit down.We could not sleep until 1am because of the disco underneath.No view although we had paid for it.
How was the food on the ship?: 
Ordinary.The meat was tough.No presentation.The service was so slow that a nice server did his best to entertain us. The ceiling of the main dining room is so low that I felt cramped. The self service was always missing a bunch of items.
Would you cruise again on this ship?:
